I cannot recommend Dr. Safa Manav highly enough. I had a breast lift with fat transfer, and from the very first consultation through post-surgery follow-up, the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Safa truly listened to my goals and took the time to explain realistic outcomes, guiding me toward the next best steps with honesty and expertise. I never felt rushed, and his thorough, thoughtful approach immediately put me at ease. His care and attention before, during, and after the procedure made a huge difference in my overall experience. His team is just as outstanding. Belma, Elif, and Nurse Buse were all incredible throughout the process. They were always kind, responsive, and easily reachable whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. Having such a supportive and communicative team made everything feel smooth and well-coordinated. I am so happy with my results and truly grateful for the care I received. I’m 8 days post op, so far so good, I will give my honest opinion here, dr safa was a great doctor, so far I’m happy with my results. His nurse buse was absolutely amazing after the surgery making me feel at ease, she was also great visiting us daily for aftercare check ups. His operation nurse kader was also amazing whenever she was with me she was extremely gentle and caring. The hotel we stayed at was not the best, 2 people having the same surgery I feel needed a room with 2 bedrooms for rest and healing as it was very hard for 2 of us, the first room we got had no aircon nor tv that worked, we couldn’t order in food they wouldn’t allow us and it was an extremely expensive place to eat. I was also disappointed that after my surgery I was walked to the foyer and left alone for half an hour until the driver arrived, this was very unsettling and upsetting especially after a surgery when you are quite emotional and you have people staring at you. Another thing to add is be prepared with more money, I sent in all my photos and was given a price, then once we had consultation it went up $2400.00au, this also happened to my mother and every other patient we spoke to. Overall I’m happy with the surgery and the team.

- I wanted to wait to make this review until I was pretty healed and could comment better in the results (as you WILL have swelling and it takes time to see if he results better). Im from Canada. Had my surgery November 2025 (breast implant exchange, areola correction, mini tummy tuck). I had a great experience! - Consult: I had my consult with Fatih (I appreciated him responding and me quickly even though we are completely different time zones). Usually the consult is with one of his staff (there are 3 or 4 of them). You will be asked to send in photos via WhatsApp (this was very weird to me as a Canadian, as we would never do this here in Canada, but I came to learn that communicating via WhatsApp is common practice for all the clinics). Fatih gave me a price of 11000 USD (you have to take this cash out - I had to exchange from Canadian dollars beforehand) for breast implant exchange (I had some already; one was deflated) and fully tummy tuck. One thing to note is there’s not a ton of documentation and you don’t get like a written “package” with information. You just have to trust that the surgeon is reputable and once you give your deposit, you just have to trust the process — ended up bent totally fine. The 11K includes surgery, anesthesia, meds, compression garment, 2 night stay in hospital, and 8 nights in the hotel. The coordinator messaged me again within the month leading up to the surgery with some more questions and information. - Hotel: Stay at the Antwell Hotel — beautiful and safe hotel. Pretty much everyone there is getting some type of surgery so you don’t feel out of place and I ended up meeting and talking with people about our experiences. Breakfast is included and delicious. Dr Safa’s nurse Busa (she is sweet and amazing) will basically come every day once you’re back at the hotel to change dressings and check incisions. She really is the sweetest lady ever! And you can pay her for lymphatic drainage massages if you want - Surgery/ Day before surgery/ Dr Safa: You will be coordinating with Elif for all appointments. Elif is AWESOME (she speaks 5 languages and speaks perfect English. She will arrange your transport to the hospital or clinic. I went to the hospital (the hospital is private and very clean and nice- almost hotel like). I got bloodwork, an ECG, then you fill out a TON of paperwork, give the rest of your payment, meet with the anesthesiologist and do an in person consult with Dr Safa. Dr Safa is a kind and professional man. Dr Safa actually ended up changing my surgery from a full tummy tuck to a mini tummy tuck based on my skin — I trusted this because essentially this cost me less. - My husband had to stay home with the kids so I went alone. I actually would NOT recommend this (although it is doable, as I did it). When you come off anesthesia you’re kind of out of it. It would be good to have someone to ask questions about meds and stuff, and take notes. There will be pain those first few days, so I think if I had a companion with me, that would have helped me a lot from a mental and emotional standpoint. I consider myself pretty tough, but I struggled those two days. The pain and swelling gets better each day and the nurses will make sure that you walk at least 3 times a day at the hospital. - OVERALL: very good experience. WhatsApp communication and consult was okay, but it worked out totally fine! Elif was amazing, Busa (nurse that comes to the hotel) was so lovely and sweet. Dr Safa was a kind and professional man and I love my results now that Im almost four months out.

I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Safa Manav. He is very kind and understood what I envisioned for my breast augmentation perfectly. He explained his recommendations and made me feel heard and cared for. My body (tummy tuck, lipo, and breast lift with augmentation) looks amazing already and I'm very happy with my results so far. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and incredibly kind exactly who you want caring for you during recovery. And finally, Dr. Safa Manav himself. Simply amazing. He is kind, gentle, caring, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to answer all my questions, eased every concern, and eliminated any anxiety I had going into surgery. I stayed in the hospital for two days and was released on the third day feeling great.
