Eva was also prompt at replying to any emails I would send, including answering my questions regarding the procedure. Overall would recommend, 10/10 experience from start to end.

Dr Kasrai performed my otoplasty. After my first consultation, I had zero fears and concerns! Even day of procedure, I was calm, cool, and had NO anxiety. I am also loving my results!!! I'll be seeing her soon again.

Dr. Leila Kasrai and her team are incredible. 5 weeks ago I had labiaplasty and the results are amazing. I am 34 years old and have wanted to have this procedure for ~20 years but was always hesitant given how intimate of an area it is. Now having undergone treatment and recovery, my only regret is that I did not find Dr. Kasrai & her team sooner. Dr. Kasrai and her entire team (especially her amazing Patient Coordinator Eva who was incredibly caring, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process - thank you Eva!) are the gold standard in their professionalism, kindness, and care for their patients. While the experience could have been anxiety driving and nerve wracking, I always felt well taken care of and surprisingly comfortable. Whether it was Eva at Dr. Kasrai's office or Dr. Kasrai and her team during the procedure, I was always treated with respect and warmth - they made what could have been a very stressful experience smooth and smile filled. Post-Op care instructions were very clear and Eva even gave me a call the next day to see how I was doing. Dr. Kasrai met with me 2 weeks afterwards to check progress, answer any questions I have, and I left my check-up feeling very confident & assured. At 6 weeks post-Op, 80% of swelling should be gone. I am not even there yet and all I can say is - WOW!!! Dr. Kasrai is incredible at what she does and I have never felt more confident. The results are exactly what I have always dreamed of and are a testament to Dr. Kasrai's skill and attention to detail. I could write on and on about the positives of my experience but will end it on this note: if you are considering any procedure, you need to look no further. Dr. Kasrai and her team are the best of the best - these are the hands you want to trust!

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Dr. Kasrai and her team. I had researched options and met with different surgeons, but I knew from the moment that I met with Dr. Kasrai, that she would truly be the best. I appreciated that she took the time to understand my concerns, and offered a solution that offered the correction I was looking for, while still looking very natural. Dr. Kasrai's expertise and kindness put me at ease the day of the surgery (my first ever), and I knew I was in good hands. I followed her post-op instructions thoroughly and recovery was a breeze (over the counter medication was all I needed and I was back to work after a few days). A special mention to Eva, the Patient Care Coordinator, who was so helpful throughout the process and made it feel so seamless. I am thrilled with the results and honestly so happy I went through with the otoplasty. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Kasrai and her team. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kasrai is an outstanding doctor who truly cares about her patients. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, and thoroughly explained what to expect with my surgery. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience that much smoother and stress-free. I love my results, and my only regret is that I wish I came sooner. From first communications to consult to surgery and recovery, this has been an excellent decision and journey! I clearly communicated with Dr. Kasrai as we spoke about my options, limitations and expectations. Dr. Kasrai listened and provided me with answers. After my first consult, I actually decided to have other procedures added. (I am specifically posting about my labiaplasty as the other areas still need a bit more time to fully heal.) Dr. Kasrai's patient care co-ordinator Eva is wonderful and hard working! Eva was always available which decreased any anxiety I might have had while healing. I was sure to follow Dr. Kasrai's post op instructions carefully, as I know this is absolutely a part of obtaining a wonderful result. All in all, (regarding all surgeries I've had done by Dr. Kasrai,) I am thoroughly impressed! I would most definitely return for more, when the time is right. My experience with Dr. Kasrai was excellent. A combination of poorly pierced ears, age and the weight of wearing heavy earrings for many years had dragged down my earlobes. Dr. Kasrai reshaped them very nicely. The earlobes look great and my jawline even looks better. She has an amazing eye and fine skills. Every step of the procedure was good, from the initial consultation to my final visit. Her staff are friendly and supportive. They made sure I knew everything about the procedure and aftercare. I got the feeling that they genuinely care about the patients. I highly recommend Dr. Kasrai.
