What Are my Options for Addressing Shape of Bridge and Bulbous Shape of Nose? (Photos)
Hello,I am a nineteen year old male and for quite some time now I have been dissatisfied with the appearance of my nose. My main dislike of it is the shape of my bridge. I really feel it throws off the harmony of my face. I was wondering if straightening it would make me have more of an appealing look? Also, I am biracial (black/white) so I have somewhat of a bulbous nose. The size of it is really noticeable when I smile. Is it recommended that I get it refined? How can I make it look natural?

A: nasal contouringyour desire to feel at ease with your facial features is justified. i use conputer imaging to help the patient define a goal. i prefer a surgical technique with no external excisions. your tip and bridge can certainly be modified to a more pleasing shape.

Hair Transplant incision and scaring?
What kind of donor site incision wound can I expect from my upcoming hair transplant? What can I do to minimize scarring or prepare for the procedure?
A: Strip versus FUEIf you are having a traditional strip procedure you will have an incision with sutures. FUE or follicular unit extraction removes each hair follicle which is transplanted into the recipient site. The FUE method usually has less recovery time and discomfort. Your question should be addressed with your operating surgeon.
