I am scheduled for Neck lipo and Neck lift next week. How much swelling and brusing should I expect? How long will they last?
Lipo of the neck and then lifting the neck is one approach to sculpting the neck. I prefer to inject the neck with the fluid that we use for liposuction and then surgically recontour the neck , including the fat, under direct vision without suctioning. I believe this gives superior results. Your surgeon may get the best results with the procedure that you describe. The bruising should be minimal and the majority of the edema should be nearly resolved in ten days.

I am 57 yrs. old with a thin build. I don't have excess fat on my neck but do have what I refer to as 'crepey' skin in the center.
Can this skin be tightened via a laser procedure, or am I doomed to undergo some type of invasive procedure to improve the appearance? (I don't have a sagging jaw line, or jowls so am not considering a mini facelift.) Thanks!
This is an excellent example where various laser treatments would be the optimal solution in the neck. If change in skin texture is the only problem in your neck then laser treatments are the best option.
