Dr Turowski is a magician! I’ve done my breast and a midface lift with him and the results are stunning! He is always following the new trends, very polite , a true gentleman and the results are always as promised! Truly one of the best surgeons in the Midwest for sure ! I’m so thankful to him and his team ! All the girls are fantastic- Kasha, Jessica and everybody else, a big big thank you for the care , emotional support and amazing results! Dr Turowski’s office will always be my first choice for all of my beauty procedures!

I’ll give you the TLDR version first: I’m so happy I had lipo on my calves. They look so much leaner, and I no longer have a bulge of shaking fat when I walk. As I’m in my late 50s, I had J-plasma as well. It’s harder for me to tell if that worked fully; I do have a little laxity, but the leaner look of my calves far outweighs any slight laxity. I highly recommend Dr. Turowski for his work. I’ve had two procedures done by him, and I’m extremely happy with both.

Full review: A few years ago, my calves - which used to never be an issue for me - started to really bother me. There was a bulky bulge of fat on the inner upper part of my calves that shook when I walked. Made me so self-conscious. I started investigating lipo for calves but learned that not all doctors recommend it. More worrisome to me was the fact that I’m in my late 50s, and I wasn’t sure if any of my skin would snap back after the lipo.

I decided to schedule a consult with Dr. Turowski because he had done my lip lift and I was very happy with those results. He was very honest and realistic about the lipo procedure, outlining risks. He told me that he recommended adding J-plasma to help with skin tightening. I was able to talk with one of his patients who had the lipo/j-plasma done on her calves. That was very helpful in my decision.

I’m not gonna lie - the recovery was intense, especially the first week. I still have some residual numbness, but the nerves have been slowly coming back each week. I also have some discoloration on the backs of my calves, but that too seems to be slowly improving.

It is SO great that there are no bulges of fat shaking when I walk. And I love the new leaner look of my calves. A bonus is being able to better fit into fashionable boots.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Turowski. From the moment I met him, I had a good feeling about this man. He seemed caring and is a high-level professional with vast experience and an excellent reputation. After considering several alternatives, I went with my gut feeling and chose Dr. T. to do my breast surgery. He gave me an explant, fat transfer, reverse tummy tuck, and a lift. So this was my second procedure at Dr. Turowski‘s office. I am delighted to have been in the company of caring and knowledgeable individuals. As always Dr. Turowski and his team showed exceptional professionalism. Mrs. Bogusia’s medical nuance, exceptional grace and genuine care, along with Nurse Jessic’s support and kindness helped me have a very easy, reassuring experience.

Even in the brief moments I interacted with the other professionals at the surgery center upon consultation and shortly after waking from anesthesia, I was so impressed by their compassionate / humorous demeanor. It was undeniable that the entire team was dedicated to providing the best possible care. And I am so grateful for that thank you for blessing me with your gifts and expertise and humanity.

It is so easy to regard Dr. Turowski’s office with high trustworthiness. Results from both procedures have given me newfound confidence that remains for life and for that, I am forever indebted. The evidence of Dr Turowski’s skills of a surgeon weren’t only part of the highlights of my experience, he is also a true gentleman. Mrs. Bogusia radiates authenticity and is a genuinely compassionate woman, and Nurse Jessica’s sweetness and ability to facilitate a smooth healing process are greatly appreciated.

The procedure itself was at a premium, however that was more than justified by the high level of care and expertise I had. Dr. T, Mrs. Bogusia, and Nurse Jessica obviously have left a lasting impression, and their presence and care is recommended to anyone considering similar procedures. Their upmost class, generosity and patience made all the difference, and I’m glad to support Dr. T’s office feeling that I’ve received more than just a treatment.

It’s only been a week after waking up, I’m feeling better and swelling dissipates quickly by the day. Quite happy with the results so far. The pain and healing challenges are temporary, but I am forever touched by how much heart the office has given me.

13 months ago, I had a tip rhinoplasty (different doc). That surgery made me acutely aware of my "philatrum space" about 17mm.
I would try fillers and Botox lip lifts to correct this, to no avail because the distance was the issue. Fillers likely making it worse. And long-term fillers + age (I've been getting lip filler for 9 years) makes the philatrum drop over time and deflates your natural anatomy. And also migrates!
My before pic from yesterday has almost no lip filler. During the appt, we did add 1/2 syringe to the bottom lip to balance out the top. I'm no stranger to the WAIT of swelling.. so because of this, I can absolutely tell what an amazing job Dr. T did.
Can't wait for my nose swelling to go down! Also the pain was almost non-existent and I have a low pain tolerance:)

Day 3/4 were definitely the most swelling and I notice it mildly subsiding finally today! Feels less tight on Day 5. My nose is still tremendously swollen. A bit mentally difficult to go thru the healing process but I know it will pass!
Bruising on bottom lip from filler. Still can’t smile, talk normally etc.. but that to be expected.

I can’t believe it’s been 10 days. The recovery has been unpleasant and it’s mentally taxing. Worth it? HECK yeah.
My surgeon did glue so this prevented me from moving as much as I would have. LOOK at my non-existent scar. All the horror stories I’ve read.. this is why I chose Dr. T.
All I wish is for my nose swelling to go down. I’ve read hundreds of horrific stories. Here is proof of a skilled surgeon.

Absolutely worth it. Wish I would have taken a bit more off. But my scar is non-existent. Excellent surgeon.

The results of the surgery exceeded my expectations. The results are perfectly natural looking and I objectively can say I look 100% better and a lot more like my younger self after having this combination Facelift, Neck lift, Lip lift, and Fractional CO2.

I didn't look bad prior, but with some time off between work, I wanted to rejuvenate.

Dr Turowski did wonderful work and I highly recommend him and his surgical team. Everyone was professional and caring, and each took time that morning to talk with me. I was pretty nervous and they were very understanding. The nurse who stayed with me at a nearby hotel that night after the procedure was wonderfully attentive and kind.

The first night after the surgery was sleepless for the most part. There were a couple of drains connected along with the bandages, and I was required to have my head elevated, The laser on top of the surgery defintely added to the discomfort.

I knew having 4 procedures the same day would be kind of brutal. But this was the best way to get the results I wanted without going through it more than once.

I couldn't smile for a couple weeks afterwards, but this loosened up after a about 3 weeks and I have full range of expression.

3 months post-procedure:

I still have sensitivity in a few spots - my left ear and jaw, and a bit on my neck. The sensation is hard to explain. Also there is still a suture above my hairline that has a bump that is a bit sensitive, but not visible.

There are still tiny bits of sutures under the skin around my nose from the lip lift - they have made their way to the surface a couple times -it looks like a tiny pimple but disappears quickly.

And my skin is still a bit pink-ish from the laser. It has been hard to tell if the sensitivity on my skin is from the surgery or the laser, but I suspect both.

I have been applying a silicone gel to help prevent a scar around my nose from the lip lift, as well as an incision under my chin from the neck lift. It must be working because even without makeup they are not noticeable!

I will add some photos once I have them sorted out.

I'm a big fan of Dr. Turowski.

As a male seeking cosmetic surgery, I was apprehensive about visiting a plastic surgery clinic due to being self conscious but I finally did it, and I'm so glad. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end.

I had bilateral lower blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Turowski only a week ago, and already I'm practically fully healed. This is a testament to the great care he took to maximize benefit and minimize trauma. Best of all, I really love me eyes-- they're symmetrical on both sides, and the bags are completely gone. As someone who had under-eye bags and the resulting shadows for as long as I can remember, being able to look into any mirror in any light and see that area smooth and tight is psychologically a relief. It also inadvertently makes my facial contours more defined and harmonious. I'm thrilled with the results!

The whole process was very smooth and positive, from consult, through the procedure and followup. I was nervous about being under general anesthesia because I had never undergone surgery prior to this. But his nurse and the anesthesia provider put me at ease. One minute I was on the operating table, and the next minute I was awaking up from surgery with the nurse at my side. There was minimal pain.

I work in Healthcare, and I've known a lot of dismissive doctors. I found Dr Turowski to be brilliant and warm. He has made himself available, seeing me right before surgery to answer any questions. He also visited me after surgery while I was still in the operating room. He called to check in on me the evening of the surgery, and communicated the next day also. He just took my stitches out personally yesterday. I'm sure I'll be back again. I would trust Dr. Turowski to do any procedures I seek to have done.

Hi! I'm a 24yr old, 5'5" 120 woman. I had a small 32b or very full 32a before my breast augmentation. I started thinking about getting a "mini boob job" so that I would fill out my bikinis better and not feel flat chested in bikinis/ clothing. I was never insecure about having small breasts (at least rarely) but wanted to feel fuller and have a handful. I found Dr. Turowski on Realself after searching for a doctor who specialized in the trans-axillary (armpit incision) technique. At our first consult I showed some wish photos and expressed interest in staying under 200cc. He told me that was probably too small and encouraged me to look at some larger implants. He did say that if I was sure thats what I wanted that he'd do it, but I should at least consider larger ones. I did a TON of research and long story short- its really very confusing out there! Its super difficult to find images of small volume augmentations, and beyond that they look so, so different on different people. I ended up getting 255cc moderate by mentor (12.2cm wide, 2.9cm projection) about two months ago. I was reading so much about things like "boob greed" and people regretting not going bigger, so I got the biggest ones that still seemed small-ish to me. I loved them the first few days while they were compressed under my chest muscles, but soon felt like they were too big as they started to fluff. I spent a month or so panicking and when I finally talked to my Dr about it, he said that while he thought my result was beautiful, he could exchange them for smaller ones If I was 100% sure.
I chose to downsize to 170cc based on the fact that by BWD was 12cm- so the 170s (low profile by natrelle, 11cm wide 2.2 projection) were the smallest implants that would fit my chest. Honestly, I was scared going down to 170cc from 255 wouldn't be a big enough difference, since its only 33% down and I felt HUGE. Now that I have 170cc they're maybe slightly too small. I think the width is perfect and that I could've used a TAD more projection. But these are way, way more beautiful than the 255s, and I feel gorgeous and sexy.
I'm excited to be a C cup now. My breasts are so much softer and jiggly with the tiny implants, and they're honestly completely undetectable. Beyond just being small, I got the responsive gel (softest ones), so there isn't a lot of upper pole fullness either. I'm a very critical person, and when I look at my own body I can't find any trace of implant, so I know no one else can either. I didn't think it was possible for implants to look and feel this real. I'm more confident having boobs that are slightly on the small side than being potentially insecure about having "Fake" breasts.
Dr. Turowksi's surgical work is excellent. Even though I didn't like my 255cc implants, they were wonderfully done. My incisions are beautifully camouflaged and my revision surgery was quick and nearly painless. I wish I had gotten a little more insight on sizing and what different implants might look like, but he was honest that he didn't have a lot of experience with small volume implants. I really appreciated that he didn't dismiss my concerns about feeling too big, and discounted his rate for me to swap them out because he wanted me to be happy. I think a lot of surgeons would've told me I was being silly since 255cc are "objectively" not huge, but he took my feelings seriously.
I only say "not sure" if its worth it because I wish I'd gotten it right the first time. Once you add in a revision, additional risks, healing, and costs for an overall subtle change, it's a tough call. However, I look and feel beautiful. I don't think I'm ever going to critique my boobs again! I'd recommend Dr. Turowksi as well. He knows what he's doing. Just make sure you know what you want :-)

So I'm at about 2 months post op from downsizing. I think I jumped to a conclusion on the 170cc implants in my last review because I did not expect them to fluff out again. Basically I thought since I was downsizing I'd see the result pretty immediately, but over the course of a couple months they've definitely expanded. I guess my old implants weren't in for long and my muscles are strong! I posted a lot of pictures of the before and changes over time. It's been an interesting journey. Once again they're not as small as I'd hoped, but it's a huge improvement over the 255s. They look like what I had "originally" planned when I first got implant, and are a much prettier result. I think you can tell I have implants, like from the side, but hopefully they'll drop/fluff more into a teardrop shape over time. I will probably remove them altogether in the future and opt for fat grafting to replace some volume loss since I was so obsessed with how the implants looked when they were very new and hadn't fluffed. However, I am more comfortable in my body with the 170s and am grateful I got the 255s out immediately. Its interesting how on some people 150/170ish sized implants barely make a difference, but on me it made a huge difference! Again, I started a 32A and am ending today at a 32C. My armpit scars are healing very nicely. I love not having any scars. The downsizing surgery numbed more of my right breast, so hopefully will regain sensitivity over time.

So I’m 3 months post and I’ve gotten much more comfortable and used to them.
Pros- Most people can’t tell. I LOVE not having a scar. Very soft and squishy when I’m relaxed.
Cons- They animate when I flex my chest, and I have a little more upper pole volume than I’d like. (Not teardrop shaped from the side)
I’m very happy now. I’ll probably switch to a fat transfer in the future, but I think these are as perfect and natural appearing as an implant can be.
