I’ll give you the TLDR version first: I’m so happy I had lipo on my calves. They look so much leaner, and I no longer have a bulge of shaking fat when I walk. As I’m in my late 50s, I had J-plasma as well. It’s harder for me to tell if that worked fully; I do have a little laxity, but the leaner look of my calves far outweighs any slight laxity.
