Upper abdomen cellulite - advice on how to make my stomach smooth? (photos)

Hello, I work out and eat right but still 5 years after my only child I cannot get rid of my cellulite on my upper abdomen. Im strong and can do ab workouts fine so i just need advice on how to make my stomach smooth abd possibley more toned. Id like to remove the lower fat pudge as well.

Collagen induction therapy (CIT) or needling is a fascinating, low-tech method that can be highly effective in addressing a variety of skin issues, including wrinkles, loose skin, aging, stretch marks (striae distensiae), cellulite, hyperpigmentation, and scars. Thank you for your question regarding how to treat your upper abdomen cellulite five years after childbirth. Thank you for your history, and thank you for your pictures. In terms of treating your abdomen, I would suggest two treatments, Morpheus8 and VASER abdominal liposuction. Morpheus8 is an in-office procedure on the skin. You may need three or more treatments for definitive results. The benefit of Morpheus8 is that there is minimal downtime. The disadvantage of Morhpeus8 is that you may need three or more treatments. The more definitive treatment would be VASER liposuction. This would definitely remove excess fat and can help sculpt the anterior abdomen muscles. The VASER hi-def liposuction can sculpt muscles and give you more muscle definition. VASER abdominal liposuction takes about 3 hours under general anesthesia. Please give yourself about two weeks for recovery. I think you would get phenomenal results using VASER hi-def abdominal liposuction. Many people have issues determining if they have skin laxity or cellulite.  Lifting the skin above the indentation of the dimple can help differentiate between skin laxity and a true cellulite dimple.  If the dimple goes away, it is laxity and can be treated with Morpheus8, PiXel8, Venus Legacy, and other radiofrequency devices.  If it is Cellulite, then QWO or Cellfina is likely the best course of treatment.  It may need to be combined with radiofrequency treatments to traet the overall area, where there may be both cellulite and skin laxity.

Good news it is not cellulite! The slight laxity you have is likely from pregnancy. I would recommend liposuction with internal skin tightening like renuvion. That will remove excess fat deposits and help the skin to contract and improve the texture. Additionally I would recommend 3-4 session of microneedling with radio frequency which would improve collagen and the thickness of your dermis.

From your description, it seems the issue you're facing might not be cellulite, but rather loose or excess skin, which is common post-pregnancy and can give a similar appearance to cellulite. A minimally invasive skin tightening procedure might be beneficial if the looseness is minimal.

If the laxity is more significant, a surgical procedure such as a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) combined with liposuction might be more suitable. This can remove the excess skin and fat, and tighten the underlying abdominal muscles, helping to achieve a smoother, flatter appearance and potentially more toned look in the lower abdomen.

You do not have Cellulite of your abdomen.   It appears that you have some mild skin laxity of your upper abdomen.   The best treatments for this would be Morpheus Body and BodyTite.   
An alternative would be a limited Reverse Tummy Tuck.  What I mean by limited is I would limit the scar to the breast crease and not cross midline.

You have many options and a physical exam is mandatory. However for your upper abdomen your concern about the dumpling can be treated with non invasive modalities that target the fat cells and the skin such as Vanquish Me. Liposuction can also remove some fat and, depending on the elasticity if your skin, can cause some skin contraction. For lower abdomen you can go with the same treatments as the upper abdomen but probably best treated surgically with a tummy tuck with liposuction. Might even be a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck.

Based on your pictures, the ideal procedure for you would be VASER assisted liposculpting with Renuvion J plasma skin tightening vs BodyTite of the abdomen and flanks - essentially, high definition lipo with abdominal etching. This will not only remove the fat but will help define the underlying muscles and tighten the skin.
