My implants have been a disaster since I got them in two years ago. They have been detached, painful and fall everywhere. I’ve had to wear compression shorts for 2 years straight. I had to quit dancing for it. I went to dr. Markmann to see what he thought and he said he will go in and see if he can revise or last resort would be to just take them out. So we shall see! One butt cheek is completely flat and inverted. The other is up high and circle which I assume is filled with fluid. It has some swelling still too. I wish I could go back I can’t even look at myself without clothes on. What a horrible idea. I had to do this in the first place. Updated on 28 Aug 2024: When I woke up my throat hurt and I couldn’t talk for two days. Probably because of the tube while I was under. I’ve been coughing a lot since and feel there is fluid in my throat/ lungs? Another thing I didn’t expect was my lip brushing and pain ( probably from the tube). The pain is incredibly intense. I would have thought the healing / pain process wouldn’t have been as bad as getting implants in. But this is reallyyyyyy bad. So if you’re getting implants removed. Be prepared for it possibly to not be easy. I read many reviews of it being super easy and painless but this has not been my experience so far. Looking at the wound was very gory and nasty. It’s indented, black and blue and red, bloody, disfigured and doesn’t feel like my body. But it is very new and I will take it one day at a time! I just wanted to share these details because so far this is my experience. I have kept the tight garment on. It is crazy uncomfortable but so important to keep on. I have been changing the gauze each day just to prevent infection as much as possible. Have my post op tomorrow! Updated on 2 Sep 2024: I’d like to fill this with something Maybe muscle if I can? I’ve been trying to gain weight and prepare for working out as soon as Im cleared.. I don’t have enough fat for bbl He mentioned Butt implants are possible with pig skin but that sounds like a path I cannot go down Updated on 10 Sep 2024: I wish that I could have had the option to get a BBL with the implant removal. I know the main goal was to have the implants readjusted into the proper placement, but I feel like there should have also been a back up option for if the implants had to be removed, so it would not just be empty slabs of skin. I would have definitely rather had the BBL after so that I could have some projection instead of this, I will start working out little by little, but ultimately I am left with extra skin, and both butts are incredibly uneven, different sizes and shapes and projection. The skin is so saggy to go through another surgery is very difficult with my schedule and life style. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I feel like I should have left the broken implants in until I had a better plan. If you look at the picture, it’s very flat and empty. It sags at the bottom as well and this looks 10 times better with pants on and without pants. It looks like my butt ran away. I have asked for BBL quotes three times now and have not received any. I was told they could potentially get the BBL in three months from this doctor but I’m not sure if I’m able to do that with my schedule and finances I also I’m not sure if that’s even an option with my lack of fat and I don’t want to have another surgery that , I am so unhappy with. If I get a BBL and there’s no difference I would be incredibly frustrated. It still hurts to add pressure or sit on one side of my Butt. It looks lumpy and flat and loose without clothing Updated on 11 Sep 2024: So apparently now I may need a drain ? I wish I could have had one immediately after instead of now after I’ve been through all of this. whoever is saying implant removal is a breeze .m: that’s not everyone’s case. I should have kept my implants in. This is such a painful disaster. I don’t have time to deal with a drain or the back and fourth. I don’t have the luxury of adding that into my schedule and now need to figure it out. I am left with deformed butts , different shapes, crazy saggy and flat and loose. Pain, abscess in ONE cheeek. I just want to move on. Updated on 13 Sep 2024: I now have to either go to the office every week to have a needle injected into me and a certain amount of fluid drained or pay over $750 to have an in office surgery where he would open the incision and drain the fluid. I cannot afford that option, nor did I anticipate that I would have to pay for the after care of the surgery. Especially because immediately after the surgery it was clear one butt needed to be drained and was full of fluid while the other cheek was flat and empty- drains were not placed and should have been at the time of surgery. When I went into the post op, he drained one side with a needle pump thing and said it was all liquified and bloody… so … now I need to keep going back. I made a regular doctor appointment but they can’t see me until October….. I feel like it’s one thing after another. I have been wearing tight compressions on my butt since the surgery! I wish I could go back. Updated on 14 Sep 2024: I’ve followed every instruction to a T! Now the incision is leaking oozing? I can’t win. Look how awful it looks The scar is thick I hope it one day gets flat and I can wear thong underwear The spots from the needle are bruised I need to go back to get more drained Updated on 18 Nov 2024: Currently looking into a new Butt job. This is so embarrassing. I can’t even look at myself naked . I have so much loose skin and it’s flat and I can move it all around like crazy. It’s so droopy and I’m so young . I hate it . Dr Markmann is a wonderful doctor, very professional. I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift done at the end of Feb and everything is going great. I am getting my implants done in August, looking forward to it. The staff is amazing and the office is very clean. Everyone is willing to answer any questions that you may have, they make sure that you completely understand everything that you are going to get done. Definitely would recommend Dr Markmann for any plastic's that needs to be done.
I have been to multiple doctors in my life but doctor Markman is one of a kind, he is blessed with such a magical mind n hands that transform you totally, with his treatments i am always so comfortable that i just go with his flow of treatments. Dr. Markmann performed a mini tummy tuck and liposuction, lipo on my back, flank and bra area and I couldn’t be happier! I’m fitting back into all of my old clothes again without a struggle and the never ending frustration! When people say “OMG best decision ever” they aren’t lying! I am so glad I decided to have a tummy tuck, lipo, and BBL with Dr. Markmann. From start to finish my experience with his office has been nothing less than top notch. Holly is my treatment coordinator and has been super friendly, extremely helpful, and very patient in answering all of my questions. Elena was my nurse after surgery and she took care of me at my home for the first night afterwards. I am so glad I had someone from Dr. Markmann’s team with me that first night to monitor my progress and help me get used to moving around safely. Tinika has been doing my post-surgical lymphatic massages and she is so good at her job- I feel so good after a session with her and we always have great conversation while she’s doing her magic. Let’s talk about the compliments… Almost every person I see that hasn’t seen me since before my surgery has the jaw-dropping “oh my god you have lost a lot of weight! 34 y/o mom of one (c-section). I've always carried my weight in the worst places so that even when I was thin or weighed less than friends the same height as me, I always looked fatter. My stomach, upper arms, back, and neck have always been my trouble spots. I saved up for over a year then had a consultation with Dr. Markmann in February of this year. I chose him because of the pictures I saw here, especially the abdominal sketching. It wasn't that I wanted a 6-pack I just felt like that showed a high level of skill and understanding of aesthetics. He seemed knowledgeable in my consultation of the "look" I was describing to him and when he said he had been doing BBLs for 25+ years I was very comfortable choosing him for the procedure. But with his schedule and my schedule I had to schedule the procedure for December which wasn't a huge deal to me I was able to lose about 30 pounds between my February consultation and December procedure which actually took off two hours from my procedure time. He allowed me to show him my wish pics and seemed to be very honest about what I may need. His price tag is high (22K) but I expected that after all of the research Ive done. I am a true believer of “you get what you pay for” however he was the first and only doctor Ive consulted with, so once I speak with one or two more in my area, I’ll make my decision. I’m also a true believer that just because you’ve been doing it longer, doesn’t mean you do it better” (I just made that up. Lol) I will be making my decision, and having my procedure in March. There are several options for arms like yours. Liposuction alone will make your arms smaller. But, it will definitely increase your skin laxity and wrinkling! Adding on Bodytite and Morpheus Body will definitely minimize the wrinkling by tightening your skin. Great questions! Thank you for your question as well as including pictures. First of all, there is No right or Wrong size for anyone! Its all about the size or look that you want! Some women want the Natural look, others want the fake look! Some want large, some want small. It's all up to you.... And should be! It's Your body! In my office, I use VECTRA 3D imaging. This is a system that takes pictures of your breasts from several angles and the computer puts them together into a 3D image. It will then take measurements of your breasts position and volume. IT will then put implants in your breast of any size you want to see and show you exactly (99% accurate) what you will look like. If you need a lift, it will also show you what that may look like. It is the best way to decide what implant is best for you. As far as Shaped VS Round implants.... I definitely recommend round for several reasons. first of all, round implants look almost identical to anatomical/shaped implants. When you stand up, round implants take a very anatomical shape. However, when you lay flat on your back, round implants settle down just like a natural breast. Shaped implants are more firm and maintain the same shape laying down as they do when standing up. That's not natural! Plus, anatomical/shaped implants are almost always Textured! And, textured implants have a risk of developing a cancer! I'm just not a fan of textured, Nor shaped implants! There's little to no benefit and more risks! Almost all available implants are the Gummy Bear type, meaning that they are a semi solid, not filled with a more oily type of silicone! As far as which implant brand??? I personally prefer Sientra. They have the lowest rupture rate and by far the best warranty! As far as choosing the best surgeon for you... I have to agree with you, that does look very strange. I would recommend getting an MRI. If iI were you, I would find out what the radiology report said? But, I would still want to see an MRI. MRI is the best test to evaluate breast implants.
Your nipple and Areola look 100% normal and natural. Every woman's areola contract and get bumpy. I would not recommend any treatment for this. It is normal and not the least bit unattractive!
