I believe you would be a good candidate for VASER high-definition abdominal etching. During VASER high-definition abdominal etching, tumescent solution is injected. Tumecent solution consists of lidocaine and epinephrine. Lidocaine minimizes the pain whereas epinephrine minimizes the bleeding. The tumecent solution is the best way to perform liposuction. After the tumescent solution is injected, the VASER cannulae is inserted. The VASER is an instrument that uses ultrasonic energy to melt fat, sculpt muscles, and shrink-wrap the skin above the rectus muscle. You can achieve a well-defined six-pack abdominal wall if you wish. You can have a flatter abdomen, an abdomen with 1, 2 or 3 vertical lines, or an abdomen with a full-shredded 3 vertical and 3 horizontal six-pack. The choice is yours. I believe because of your age, the quality of your skin, history of having no children, that your skin should bounce back after VASER high-definition abdominal etching. Thank you for your question and for sharing your pictures. I think the main question is, what are your goals and expectations? There are different approaches you can consider. Lipo 360 & ab etching will address excess fat and muscle definition. You will have a flatter stomach and muscle definition but will still have some skin laxity overall, particularly around the belly button. A tummy tuck will remove the excess skin, but has an additional scar low lying scar hidden within the bikini line. Ab etching can be combined with a tummy tuck. Again, it's about you and your expectations.

I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon. You seem to have loose skin so it is unlikely for you to get much benefit from liposuction and skin tightening alone. With a TT, you will have an amazing result.

A Tummy Tuck is definitely the best option. You have a lot of loose skin. Liposuction on loose skin just makes it more loose, saggy and is more prone to lumps and bumps than lipo on tight skin.
So, I would definitely recommend a Full Tummy Tuck as well as the lipo 360. After healed from that, I would have you come back for the 6-pack Etching. Doing 6-pack etching at the same time as the tummy tuck has a high risk for the skin above the scar line to die.

Great question. Thank you for submitting pictures for review. There are two different issues at hand- skin vs fat. When it comes to fat, most people are a candidate for fat removal, or liposuction. The question at hand is really what happens to the skin? If there is skin laxity (loose skin), it can often be addressed with minimally invasive options such as Renuvion J plasma or BodyTite skin tightening post lipo-360 or lipo procedures. If there is skin redundancy (skin excess), you're a candidate for a skin resection- whether a full or mini tummy tuck. Not having children clues us in on possibly not needing a muscle repair. However, if you've had significant weight gain or loss, you may still have an element of muscle weakness and require a diastasis recti repair. With that being said, if there is no element of muscle weakness, and there is redundant skin, you may still undergo lipo-360 with abdominal etching and a skin resection. Based on your pictures alone, you're a candidate for lipo-360 but may have an element of skin excess without an incision.
