After nine long years of waiting, researching, and overanalyzing every implant size known to mankind, I finally found the one—Dr. Matthew Kilgo at Garden City Plastic Surgical Group. And let me tell you… he delivered. I recently had a bilateral breast augmentation with lift and internal bra using Motiva round 320cc Demi profile implants with dual plane placement, and I am beyond OBSESSED.
Dr. Kilgo was incredibly patient, genuinely listened to every one of my concerns (and there were a lot), and truly understood the vision I had. He struck that perfect balance of professional and approachable—never rushed, always kind, and somehow knew exactly what I meant when I said, I wanted fullness, but tasteful, also perky, but not too much, but also va-va-voom.
Recovery has gone smooth, manageable, and with results I already love (and they’re not even fully settled yet!).
The office staff has been so warm and helpful through every step. I’m also super excited to try the Deep Blue Med Spa.
Shopping for new bras and bathing suits has become my new hobby—I’m basically just trying to plan my life around how often I can show off this incredible work. Truly, this was worth every second of the nine-year wait.

Dr Kilgo is the BEST. I’ve never had surgery before. I’m 51. It was a very big decision for me to have a breast lift, implants and liposuction. Dr. Kilgo reassured me that I would not look as though I’d had breast implants (I wanted to be as natural looking as possible) and he reassured me he heard everything I said about what I wanted as an outcome. He delivered to a “T” and more. His team is professional, kind and caring. His PA, Bobby is as good and professional
as Dr Kilgo. The staff at the surgery center is top notch.
