20 Years in Practice Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes is a renowned plastic surgeon and body contouring expert based in the Dominican Republic. I had breast augmentation surgery two years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the consultation to the post-op care, Dr. Mallol and their team were incredibly supportive, informative, and professional. The recovery process was much smoother than I expected—mild soreness for a few days, but nothing unmanageable. Within a week, I was able to return to most of my normal activities, and my incisions healed beautifully with minimal scarring. The implants are settling nicely, and the shape looks very natural already.

What an Amazing Doctor,Doctor Mallol was very patient, kind and attentive doctor,his staff was compassionate, I remember I was scared to travel from the USA to DR,but his assistant reasurred me im in good hands,what stood out to me,before surgery, the doctor and his staff said a pray and let me know i was in good hands when I woke up the doctor was there making sure I was doing well before he left,he also made alot of check ups,he's just did a great job over all,love him,im definitely going back,ladies he's the best..
