Dr marcialis is a skilled plastic surgeon who uses his knowledge to do what is best for the patient. I've had four surgeries with him so far and everyone is fantastic. He did an upper and lower bleph tummy tuck and a butt lift. And he just finished doing a full reconstruction of my legs thighs and calves. He's kind he's caring he is a skilled professional who does everything he can to make sure that the patient is happy. I'm hoping he will put my pictures of my legs on his website and on realself.com. it was a true artistic masterpiece what he did for my legs. I have a disease that I didn't know I had called lipedema. Dr marcielas found out I had it he diagnosed it and he basically cured it. I couldn't be more happy or more proud to say he was the doctor that I chose post bariatric surgery to help shape my body. You will not be unhappy his staff is amazing. He is such a skilled surgeon that he allows his hands to speak for him. He always does what is right for the patient and will always be truthful with you no matter what. He brought me to tears when he did my legs last week. He is truly an amazing artist. I would recommend anybody go to him now and in the future. God bless you with love Michelle DePalma

For years I wanted a mommy makeover and finally the time was right. Being American I searched for providers in America but couldn’t pay that much or put my family in debt just to make myself feel better. So I researched options in Tijuana. I did extensive research and came across Dr. Marciales & ended up booking my surgery. To tell you I was terrified would be an understatement. Dr. Marciales was so kind, compassionate, and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. He truly put me at ease. From all the research I did, I was nervous about recovery since my spouse was out of town for most of it. Let me tell you.. The day of my surgery I had no pain, maybe a little uncomfortable but that is it. The days to follow the same. I couldn’t believe how little discomfort I had. I was able to work the entire week on my laptop from the recovery house the day after my surgery. A year later I was back in TJ, and the doc was happy to see me for a check up. He was just as amazing then too! His entire staff is great as well! They kept in contact with me for several months after my initial surgery just to make sure everything was going well. I can’t rave enough about Dr. Marciales and his staff. I feel a million different percent better about myself and I would do it all over again. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

This is my review of Dr. Carlos Marciales from Tijuana plastic surgeon. I started this journey about 4 months ago when I decided to do some imperfections to my body after weight loss surgery. I had visited and reached out to a couple surgeons before I stumbled across Dr Marciales. After me and my husband set an appointment we went and visiting DrCarlos Marciales at New City Medical Center in Tijuana. As we entered his office it was greeted with a warm smile.After we sat down and talk to Dr Carlos Marciales. He was friendly caring and understood exactly how important this was for me. He answered all my questions and had answer for questions that I didn't ask and even ask me questions. He did not rush. interested but he also cared about my health and let me know if there was anything that he couldn't do for health reasons he would not do it. I made my decision right then and there because he treated me more of a person than just a body he was cutting on. I didn't feel that from the other surgeons. He told me he puts the health of me before the surgery and told me if at any point during the surgery he felt like my heath was at risk he would stop. That made me feel safe. I went back across the border several times and each time I was able to talk to him unrushed because I was scared of course. The staff was great. Freida, yure, Tania, Karina all knew me by name. Frieda went over the price in detail and let me know the cost for everything with no hidden fees. July 16 day before surgery I don't drive and I had luggage and Frieda cross the border in san diego and picked us up which was a plus. 3 things Dr Marcelias promised me. (1) after surgery he would let my husband know I was ok and he would come back later to check on me. (2) he would stop the surgery if it was any major issues or my health was at risk.( he said I wouldn't feel pain. July 17. No pain. He check on my repeatedly and even his assistant stopped by to chat. Frieda even stopped by and brought me a bag of things for aftercare. Yure (massage therapist) stopped by and helped with my recovery. She is a total sweetheart and loves her job and a have been helping me tremendously. Still no pain only discomfort from the surgical wrap. I've seen doctor everyday and he cares about me and my journey so much. One of his favorite lines to say is Do You Have Any Questions For Me. If I had to do this all over again or need future work done, I would definitely let him do my surgery. He is the best as a surgeon and a person and him and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel secure and safe. If you are looking for a surgeon that cares about you and your results. I would highly suggest you reach out to him. You will not disappointed at all. This is my honest review of Dr Marciales. I posted pics. Keep I'm mine that I am still swollen and this is the next day after surgery.

I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty all my life, but was terrified of the results not being what I wanted, and I wasn’t sure if I was willing to go through the painful process of the procedure. I was recommended by my friend who had a procedure done with Carlos. Him and his staff are absolutely wonderful, made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. The results came out better than I could have ever imagined, recovery was as easy as can be, no pain, and I love my new nose, so natural and exactly what I wanted! My experience with Dr Carlos Marciales has been incredible!!! He truly cares and he’s very passionate and attentive!!! From the moment I had my first consult I knew he was the one, I did not get a bad vibe from him he’s so genuine and knowledgeable!! He’s answers any questions or doubts you may have. Dr Marciales and his team have been absolutely amazing. Dr Marciales took his time in marking me prior to surgery to ensure a good outcome. He and his staff have been very attentive and great at answering questions. They check up on me almost every day as I am 2 weeks post op. I am still waiting to see the my final results but this far I am extremely happy with my decision to have Dr Marciales as my Plastic Surgeon.

My experience with Dr. Marciales has been great. I had a breast lift with no implants. I'm really happy with my results and everything has healed nicely. I waited a long time for this procedure and feel I made a good choice with Dr. Marciales. He has always been attentive and answers all my questions. I had a procedure done last year with Dr. Marciales . When I first started searching for Doctors I was afraid of not finding the right one , but when I got in contact with Dr.Marciales I knew he was the one , they were very helpful in answering all my concerns and questions , they made sure I was very inform before and after surgery. All the personnel is very attentive! One thing that catches my eye whenever I walk into a place is how clean it is, and by far this is the cleanest office I walked in, this means so much because you know everything is properly sanitize. I recently went back to get a breast lift/implants as well as a 360 Lipo , and Honestly they just keep improving I was surprise by how much they prepare me for this surgery, they even include IV therapy!. Doctor has boost my confidence so much by giving me the figure I always wanted , I am so grateful I choose the right doctor for all my procedures, if I had to go back I would go back to him because I trust his work so much and I know how much he cares that his patients are happy. Dr. Marciales is the most caring, kind and best doctor I’ve ever had. From his staff at the office to the hospital visit, I’ve never been treated better. His staff is so caring, they follow up so often just to check in and see how things are going. I’ve never experienced such a loving and caring team like Dr. Marciales. I’ve had my breast, nose and Lipo all done my Dr. Marciales. I continued to go back to him for every operation because he did things just the way I wanted, natural! I also had filler and Botox done by him. I live in San Francisco and travel just to see him. He’s trust worthy and very honest before doing any procedure with you.
