It is difficult to tell you exactly what your outcomes may be without doing a physical Exam.However the photos that your show appear reasonable.  you can accomplish what you desire with face and neck lift along with neck liposuction.  Some surgeons may prefer to cut away the fat.  Both techniques for removing the fat are effective.  Best regards and you should enjoy a very nice result.

It may not be possible to give you the result you photshoped, but a facelift with neck tightening and liposuction may get you close to it.  IT's best to be seen in person for a proper assessment.

You have conveyed your question so well, with the image of what you wish for.  Although difficult to judge without consulting, in theory you should be a good candidate for a lower face and necklift.  We usually find a series of before and after photos, of patients with a similar facial structure, this not only allows you to see what kind of outcome you could achieve, it is also reassurance of the surgeon's ability and skill.
