First photograph is as I am now. Would I obtain the defined jawline as in the second photograph? I am considering face and neck lift. Would the neck and jaw area be liposuction or would the fat be cut away. I want a dramatic improvement, not like some before and after photos I've seen where there is very little difference.

Answer: A facelift with neck lipo? It may not be possible to give you the result you photshoped, but a facelift with neck tightening and liposuction may get you close to it. IT's best to be seen in person for a proper assessment.
