I have been thinking to get a surgery for a really long time. But is my nose the problem why my face looks ugly from the side or is it my chin?

Actual surgery for eyes that are too far apart is sometimes performed on children with extreme cases. A much simpler method is to add a graft to the bridge of the nose. This can make the eyes appear closer together and is commonly utilized in Asian Rhinoplasty.

At 35 and based on your pictures, I would recommend that you see a plastic surgeon to discuss botox and fillers as a first option. BBL and laser resurfacing would also be a good anti-aging, non-surgical option for skin texture and pigmentation improvement. I don't think that you are at an age...
