My experience at Dr. Fechner's office was excellent from start to finish. The receptionists, nurses, entire team, including Dr. Fechner was welcoming, comforting and provided amazing care. I had a rhinoplasty and lip lift with Dr. Fechner. It was very important to me I found a skilled and qualified surgeon that could best match my needs. I went to a few surgeons and ultimately decided to go here. Dr. Fechner is very thorough and takes the time to answer you might have. The procedure went great and so did the healing process. He made sure to highlight what to expect through the healing process which was very helpful, because you do not always get the full picture

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fechner and his team. I had a deep plane face/neck lift, temple lift, upper/lower blepharoplasty. I felt listened to and cared for throughout my journey to a refreshed me! Dr. Fechner listened to what I wanted and gave me the results I was hoping for, a very natural result. I look like me from 10 years ago. I never felt pushed into a procedure that I wasn’t interested in and he set my expectations appropriately. Thank you!

I Am Happy I Chose Dr. Fechner for This Procedure.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The procedure was fairly short and about 25 minutes and Dr. Fechner addressed all questions and concerns many times from consultation to the surgery day and after. I can already see the start of great results 2 weeks after and recovery was relatively painless. I am happy I chose Dr. Fechner for this procedure.

I Had the Most Amazing Deep Plane Face Facelift and Necklift Results

I had a facelift 6 years ago at the age of 65 with another plastic surgeon. I was never happy with the results. My jowls came back and my jawline on the right was still sagging. It was time to get a rhinoplasty

Noticed with aging that my nose seemed to get wider (or was it my under eyes losing collagen and fat cells which exaggerated the width of my nose?) but either way I decided it was time to get rhinoplasty Updated on 28 Sep 2024: Updates pre and post op photos. Neither photo has filters. As of 9/24 I’m 10 post op and still feel that my nose is still healing and skin peels off in very small amounts but other than that I love my results.
