I cannot say enough about Dr. Fechner, his surgical skill and utmost professionalism in which carries over to his outstanding, caring staff. A true pro at his work, you can tell he loves his job. Thanks also to Ana, Lisa and nursing staff. I highly recommend Dr. Fechner and his team. Keep up the great work!

Noticed with aging that my nose seemed to get wider (or was it my under eyes losing collagen and fat cells which exaggerated the width of my nose?) but either way I decided it was time to get rhinoplasty

Updates pre and post op photos. Neither photo has filters. As of 9/24 I’m 10 post op and still feel that my nose is still healing and skin peels off in very small amounts but other than that I love my results.

Dr. Fechner and his team were amazing. I'm now over 10 months post-op and despite still saying "I can't believe I did it!", I love the results. I had wanted a rhinoplasty for over 40 years - I hated my nose and was so self conscious, especially with my profile. I also had a deviated septum that was giving me sinus issues. As I was nearing my mid-50's, it was as if overnight my face had transformed into someone I didn't recognize - someone really old! I had intense hooding of my eyelids (the skin almost touching my eyelashes), 'turkey neck' and my jowls were more pronounced. I described it like my face had suddenly given up fighting gravity. I had never had Botox, or any other injectables. I met with Dr. Fechner and his team for a consultation and decided to get "the works". I had Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, along with Lower Face & Neck lift with Buccal fat reduction. Yes, it was expensive, but I am worth it!

I'd never had any major surgery, but Dr. Fechner and his team put me at ease. I wanted to still look like myself, with a slightly smaller nose and a refreshed look. These goals were more than accomplished. I significantly bruised and recovery was not as easy as I had hoped it would be, but everyone is different. It took 3 months for all the bruising to fade, and about 6 months for most of the swelling to dissipate. I developed conjunctivitis chemosis in my eyes - a rare side-effect to lower bleph surgery - but that went away on its own in about 4-5 weeks. My scars are barely visible now - I have to point them out to people. I do have some broken capillaries on my face that I did not have pre-surgery, but I knew those were a possibility and can have those lasered off. Overall, I would absolutely do this again.

Dr. Fechner is amazingly talented. I have always had somewhat droopy eyelids and was starting to get some wrinkles under my eyes. He injected botox in the pretarsal area and Restylane in my temples. The results are transformative!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Fechner. I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Fechner and his team are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident moving forward with the procedure. I have no regrets, I am so happy I chose Dr. Fechner for this procedure.

After looking for almost a year for a doctor I felt comfortable with, I called Dr. Fechner. I chose him for several reasons, most importantly to me was that he only works on the face and neck. He is professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable. A couple of bumps in the road (I did opt to have a face and neck lift, lip lift, revision rhinoplasty and buccal fat reduction at the same time.) Recovery went fine, not much pain, just uncomfortable due to swelling, it was as I had expected for the most part. The staff is incredible, warm, personable, professional. When the time comes to have my eye lids done, I will be calling upon them again!

Dr. Fechner and his team were extremely professional and thorough in explaining my procedures (face lift, neck lift, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and upper/lower bleph). Though my healing took a bit longer than I would hoped for or expected, the team reassured me all was normal. Dr. Fechner used a conservative approach in my rhinoplasty, and while I was initially uncertain, I am now pleased with the results. I still look like me- just better!!

One year! I am so grateful to have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Fechner and his incredible staff. I am thrilled with the results and appreciate his artistry and skill as a surgeon. At 61 I had never had any type of surgery, needless to say I was very nervous with lots of questions especially post op. I so appreciate everyone's time and assurances during my recovery. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and result!

Amazing from start to finish. I did all the research, Dr. Fechner's experience is above and beyond anyone on the East coast. Having had a procedure on my face, I wasn't going to cut corners. Dr Fechner changed my life. Dr. Fechner's recommendations were personalized exactly for my features to look natural. The office is spotless, surgical center is clean and welcoming. The staff is AMAZING! Some cosmetic offices can be pretentious and a little intimidating, not this one. So thankful for my experience.

Hey y'all-
I'm six days post lower facelift, neck lift and lip lift from Dr. Fechner in Worcester. So far my experience has been pretty exceptional- the end result is obviously still pending.
The clinic is very posh and they have their own surgery suite, so no hospital. The support staff are instantly your BFFs- very friendly, down to earth lovely ladies.
He only does faces- which was important to me- if I'm going to pay the equivalent of a new BMW, I want the very best. Having only one face and all...
Th doc gave me a call the night before, which I really appreciated. And he's pretty hunky, not that his looks factor.. but just sayin' - hubba hubba (lol)
The weird stitches I guess is a technique used to avoid necrosis and ensure beautiful scar (or lack of).
I'm feeling pretty happy about my lip lift already- anxious to see the final results though. There's so much swelling still.

I had a deep plane facelift,, lip lift, neck lift. Wha a journey - I didn’t have a single complication but the mental journey is something that will throw you for a loop!
At 3 months it’s like it all came together and wow! So happy!!
