My experience at Dr. Fechner's office was excellent from start to finish. The receptionists, nurses, entire team, including Dr. Fechner was welcoming, comforting and provided amazing care. Having Plastic Surgery can feel intimidating but I always felt valued and cared for. I also appreciated the honesty and suggestions provided for my best care and outcome. Thank you!
I had a rhinoplasty and lip lift with Dr. Fechner. It was very important to me I found a skilled and qualified surgeon that could best match my needs. I went to a few surgeons and ultimately decided to go here. Dr. Fechner is very thorough and takes the time to answer you might have. The procedure went great and so did the healing process. I felt listened to and cared for throughout my journey to a refreshed me! Dr. Fechner listened to what I wanted and gave me the results I was hoping for, a very natural result. The staff was so kind and helpful! The procedure was fairly short and about 25 minutes and Dr. Fechner addressed all questions and concerns many times from consultation to the surgery day and after. I can already see the start of great results 2 weeks after and recovery was relatively painless. I am happy I chose Dr. Fechner for this procedure.
Dr. Fechner was attentive, carring and thorough throughout the whole process. I requested a scar revision surgery and was very nervous to undergo this procedure. All the people who worked at the place were and great and helped calm my nerves. Would recommend to a friend.
I had a facelift 6 years ago at the age of 65 with another plastic surgeon. I was never happy with the results. My jowls came back and my jawline on the right was still sagging.

Noticed with aging that my nose seemed to get wider (or was it my under eyes losing collagen and fat cells which exaggerated the width of my nose?) but either way I decided it was time to get rhinoplasty

Updates pre and post op photos. Neither photo has filters. As of 9/24 I’m 10 post op and still feel that my nose is still healing and skin peels off in very small amounts but other than that I love my results.

Dr. Fechner and his team were amazing. I'm now over 10 months post-op and despite still saying "I can't believe I did it!", I love the results.
