I had a rhinoplasty and lip lift with Dr. Fechner. It was very important to me I found a skilled and qualified surgeon that could best match my needs. I went to a few surgeons and ultimately decided to go here. Dr. Fechner is very thorough and takes the time to answer you might have. The procedure went great and so did the healing process. The staff was so kind and helpful! The procedure was fairly short and about 25 minutes and Dr. Fechner addressed all questions and concerns many times from consultation to the surgery day and after. It was time to get a rhinoplasty
Noticed with aging that my nose seemed to get wider (or was it my under eyes losing collagen and fat cells which exaggerated the width of my nose?) but either way I decided it was time to get rhinoplasty Updated on 28 Sep 2024: Updates pre and post op photos. Neither photo has filters. As of 9/24 I’m 10 post op and still feel that my nose is still healing and skin peels off in very small amounts but other than that I love my results.
