Can anything be done for uneven eye positions and crooked nose? (Photo)

Question

I really hate that this bothers me so much, buT I have a really wonky face - more evident In photos but not limited to - and would like to know where to begin in addressing it. One eye looks like it is a different size AND lower down my face than the other. Secondly, my nose is wonky. I'm sure there are further problems but these are the two prominent features that get me down. Can anything be done? Who should I go and see? I'm in the UK.

The positioning of eyes can be affected due to a crooked nose.  The photograph shows deviation of the nose towards the right side in the vertical axis.  This can affect the appearance of the eyes without having any deformity of the eyes.  The solution to that is straightening the nose.  A rhinoplasty should definitely make a big difference.RegardsDr. J

The eye position that you have is just you and nothing can be done for this. You notice it more than other people do. Your crooked nose can be straight with a more feminine and attractive nose as well as a better airway. See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who does natural looking noses for the best results.

A full set of photographs of the face and nose are required before making a determination about what can and cannot be  changed on the nose. The crooked nose can be addressed with a combination of cartilage grafts, cartilage removal, and osteotomies placed in the nasal bones.
