What can I do to make my thin face look fuller?

I have a really skinny face and I have deep lines starting from my nose down and around my mouth. I really hate it and I would like to know what I can do to fix it. also I hate my nose. I was told that I have a really huge ugly nose. Please be honest with me and help me out. I especially hate how I look around the mouth area. That's my main concern. It really depresses me all the dirty looks I get from people.

Without having full face photos to confirm everything you say, fat grafting is one simple way to make your face fuller.  Weight gains in the future will result in your fat grafts getting fuller too so you must be able to maintain your weight.  As for the dirty looks, from what you show, I can't imagine why you would get them in the first place.

I disagree with your assessment of your face. You do not need any facial enhancement, nor you need a rhinoplasty. May be the looks you get from other people is that of admiration rather criticism.

There are many options that can be discussed at the time of the consultation and examination which include cheek implants, a chin implant, and a rhinoplasty.
