What can I do to make my thin face look fuller?

 I need to see a full set of facial photographs as described on my website to give you a proper answer. Without these a surgeon would just be guessing as to what would give you a better and more attractive look.     

Without having full face photos to confirm everything you say, fat grafting is one simple way to make your face fuller.  Weight gains in the future will result in your fat grafts getting fuller too so you must be able to maintain your weight.  As for the dirty looks, from what you show, I can't imagine why you would get them in the first place.

I disagree with your assessment of your face. You do not need any facial enhancement, nor you need a rhinoplasty. May be the looks you get from other people is that of admiration rather criticism.

 A full set of facial photographs are required from all angles to make any determination about being candidate for elective  facial cosmetic surgery.  There are many options that can be discussed at the time of the consultation and examination which include cheek implants, a chin implant, and a rhinoplasty.
