Dr. Weinfeld is an incredible plastic surgeon with a lot of experience, and he has the best bedside manner of any surgeon I've ever met. He spent so much time making sure he understood my concerns and validated me without making me feel self conscious at all. I saw multiple surgeons for consultations, and Dr. Weinfeld's was so far above the rest that it wasn't ever a question who I would go with. I am only two weeks post op today, but I am so, so happy with my results! His follow-up care has also been phenomenal. If I were to ever get another procedure down the road, it would absolutely be with Dr. Weinfeld. His entire staff and surgical team are also amazing! They are so attentive and caring. Truly a 10/10 experience.

I had a rhinoplasty with Adam Weinfeld, MD on 1/9/2026 to fix a deviated septum and straighten my nose, and the results have been life-changing. I can now breathe freely without any restriction. I’m able to sleep on my back without waking up uncomfortable for air, and I no longer wake up with a dry mouth from mouth breathing at night. I can also sleep comfortably on all sides of my body now. Before surgery, I could only sleep on my left side due to a breathing restriction, which affected my rest more than I realized at the time. The quality of my sleep has astronomically improved. A few days of recovery misery was 100% worth a permanent, life-altering improvement. Cosmetically, my nose looks like my nose. The shape didn’t change, as it was already a great size and fit my face well—it’s simply straight and functional now. Dr. Weinfeld respected my natural features while fixing what actually needed to be fixed, and I’m incredibly grateful for his skill and care.

Dr. Weinfeld is an exceptional surgeon—I underwent two comprehensive 'The Works' FFS packages with him, including Type 3 forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, chin and jaw shaving, plus an SMAS face/neck lift and upper blepharoplasty. The results are truly transformative yet incredibly natural: my features are softer, more harmonious, and feminine, but I still look like myself—nothing overdone or artificial. Most importantly, I'm now very consistently gendered as female in everyday life, which has boosted my confidence so much. He listened carefully to my goals, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered precise, beautiful work with smooth recoveries all 3 times. His team is supportive and professional. I had septoplasty and chin lipo. I’m so happy with the results. Nose looks amazing (and I can breath out of my right nostril again) and my face looks so much thinner. Two weeks out from surgery and already seeing big improvements. While I was getting my lymphatic massage to reduce swelling, the massage therapist (ex plastics nurse) told me Dr Weinfeld and one other surgeon are the only two surgeons in Austin she’d trust with her face. I certainly agree. Pleased as punch.

Dr. Weinfeld did my rhinoplasty which is something I’ve always wanted. It’s honestly more perfect than I could have imagined. He made sure that we were on the same page and I understood the process. Dr. Weinfeld and his entire team are incredible! He performed a second revision rhinoplasty with my own rib cartilage graft fixing both significant cosmetic issues (including overprojection, uneven and enlarged nostrils, twisted nose tip, asymmetry, the works) and significantly improving my breathing (removed a bone spur). I’m only a month out and my nose looks like the goal photo morphs (both front and side) and I can breath out of both sides of my nose without issue for the first time! Recovery process went great, I never had to take anything stronger than Tylenol/Celebrex for pain and was back to work (desk job) in under 2 weeks. He has a thoughtful pre-op and post-op process and always felt like I was in good hands and everyone truly cared about getting best possible result. Staff at Austin Plastic Surgeon were all incredible, accommodating my schedule and providing great care! Only regret is I did not find Dr. Weinfeld and his team sooner! 10/10 recommend!
