I always had people tell me how great I looked , what great skin I had etc....well at 45 I didn't feel that way. I work A LOT of hours. I have a lot on my plate everyday and I felt like it was showing in the jawline and neck area. I did my research and messaged a few offices. I talked to so many and had a couple doctors see me. I felt like Dr. Weinstein was the right one for the procedure right away. He has a great personality and spent time answering all my questions. I had a million. His before and after photos showed the type of natural results I was looking for. I went ahead and scheduled. I was nervous because I thought I was being dramatic about my own vision of my appearance and I was a little on the younger side for this. Was I looking horrible? no- but was I happy with how I was aging - no. But boy am I glad I did it. I am 2 weeks out and I am so so happy with the results. I look natural and so much more youthful looking. It took years off me without changing my face. If you are on the fence - DO IT for yourself. I do way too much for everyone else all the time. It was time for ME! Recovery was not bad at all. The first 3 days is a little uncomfortable as you are wrapped to reduce swelling- STAY WRAPPED . I had minimal swelling and ZERO bruising 3 days after when the wrap came off. 8 days later I was back to work without anyone knowing.

This office staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and the doctor is thorough and meticulous. The only reason I'm not posting pictures is because I didn't tell anyone I did it except my husband.



My experience with Dr. Weinstein was amazing. The process was seamless and the results are amazing. I wouldn't go to anyone else for anything after this procedure.

Dr. Weinstein is the absolute best. From consultation to surgery to post surgery, he was always very professional and compassionate. Always answering my questions and also answering questions I didn't think of. My surgery was life changing and I love my new body! He is an amazing surgeon. I always recommend him for any procedure, and he is the only doctor I will go to for any plastic surgery.

Great experience. I am a patient of Dr. Weinstein. He always listens to you and he achieves results. My first procedure was fantastic and the results were life changing (first procedure was 30 years ago). I never hesitate to call Dr. Weinstein for something in his area of expertise.

I met Dr. Weinstein over 24 years ago when I had my first breast implants surgery which went very well. I just recently had my implants replaced and the
Surgical downtime was not needed. I could immediately go back to every day, activities, and travel, events, etc.. I recommend Dr. Weinstein his is very professional, very proficient and meticulous. I am a nurse and find Dr. Weinstein to be a highly respected and regarded physician and would recommend anyone to him.

So I've been on this site for quite some time and I have to say I love reading all the reviews and motivation others give. I've been contemplating getting a Breast Reduction for many, many years and I've finally started going to consultations some months ago. I've been to four different surgeons, last one I saw was Dr. Charles Pierce from "Rowe Plastic Surgery". First I have to say that Michelle, Manager, is a huge help and super nice. I've also spoken to Kelly whom is just as nice and helpful. So I met with the Doctor, and he was very nice, knowledgeable, advised m what can be done, etc. I do he to say that I wanted to see Dr.Rowe but he wasn't available. Since they work together, I said why not. I'm glad I did. I've decided to stick with them and they are working on my insurance approval. Hoping everything goes smooth. I'm super excited!

I can’t believe my breast reduction surgery is finally scheduled after so many years of contemplating to do it or not. I’m super nervous, yet excited at the same time. This will be my first surgery ever, so I’m overwhelmed-but I can’t wait to be done and see my results. More importantly praying the aches symptoms really go away. If anyone read this that have also done BR surgery, any tips on what to expect before/after will be appreciated. :)

So I would like to start off by saying I did not go with Dr.Pierce as my first post stated. It was too much back and forth with the office, my insurance and my out of pocket amount. The office staff was still exceptional with the process, so I still do recommend them if you have a good health insurance. (I have BCBSNJ)

Hiii! I had my breast reduction surgery the end of January 2020 (less than a week ago). My surgeon, Dr.Weinstein was great. The staff and all the nurses were so nice and attentive. The day of my surgery they prescribed me an anxiety medication so I could be at ease and not nervous, it definitely helped! I remember them taking me in, giving me anesthesia and and then I woke up. Surgery did take about 4.5 hours, I was a 38DDD/F and went down to a full C. I went to my first post op appointment two days ago and everything looks good. I am still bruised and still in pain but not as bad as the first three days. I was weak, unable to lift arms, and out of breath easily. So far I am happy that I FINALLY went though with it and happy with results. I’m just anxious to see them fully healed. :) (I will try to post pictures soon) I definitely recommend Dr.Larry Weinstein.

After having two kids, gaining a lot of weight, then losing a lot fast I was very self conscious about my stomach. I then was ready to find someone to help me gain my confidence back and continue my journey. I read a lot of reviews and found Dr. Weinstein. Not only was he helpful and informative, the whole staff makes you feel like you're at home and is quick to respond when needed.
In the end, I'm so happy with my results and my progress through the recovery has been so smooth with their guidance. It's everything I could have hoped for.

Per request, my before and after photos. 39 days after my surgery. During the recovery process everything healed nicely and they guided me on how to stay on track to a speedy recovery. Now I finally do not have to wear my band and can get back on track with my fitness routines.

Amazing results! Very happy with staff especially Linda, the PA. Office staff, first class professional. Dr. Weinstein is very informative, professional and great bed side manners. Can’t say enough positive comments on overall experience.

From beginning consultation and preparation to the surgery, Dr. Weinstein was always easy to talk to, easy to understand all aspects of surgery and expected results.
