29 yo female, no kids and do not plan on having any. Ive developed breast at a young age and Ive been heavier most of my life. The past 2 years Ive lost about 60lbs so my breast have deflated from a 38 H/G to a 34 DD/DDD. I like the size that I am now when they are pulled up into a bra lol. I desperately want a lift, I like the look of Implants but I am afraid to get them. I just want the appearance of braless, lifted D or DD breast. Do I have to get implants? Thank you.
Answer: Breast lift Congratulations on your weight loss! You appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift. This would raise the position of the nipple and remove excess skin. You may not need an implant to achieve the look you are wanting depending on the amount of breast tissue you have, but an examination and discussion of your goals is needed to provide a personalized recommendation.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift After Weight Loss Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your breasts after significant weight loss. Regarding your breast and your desired results, I agree that you definitely need a breast lift. Breast lift would be done with an anchor incision which would go around the areola down the front of the breast, and underneath the breast. This will result in a lifted breast with horizontal and vertical reduction. To achieve the maximum upper fullness of your breasts and the best cleavage. I would suggest a small implant. It doesn't have to be anything large but would maintain the fullness of the upper portion of the breasts. Even though a breast lift can be done on you, over time, you may lose upper pull fullness based on your weight loss of 60 lbs; therefore, my vote is breast lift combined with breast augmentation. If you have any more questions regarding the breast lift or mastopexy, capsular contracture, or breast implants in general, please contact my office. Since your breast surgery is somewhat complex for an average plastic surgeon, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing these types of breast lifts. Do your research. Make sure your chosen plastic surgeon has performed at least 100 breast lifts. Make sure they have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. Good luck! Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Breasts You may have enough breast tissue to just do the lift. Because of all the excess skin, I would suggest doing the lift first anyway and then see how you like your size. Implants can always be added. I do recommend not going too large for your stretched out skin will not support heavy implants. You would probably look and do best with just a lift.

Answer: Implants only recommended for significantly rounder breasts It’s not necessary to get implants if you’d like firmer, perkier breasts. However, implants would be recommended if you want significantly rounder breasts. Based on your wish pic, you may get similar results without implants.

Answer: Breast lift There are different techniques for a breast lift in someone like you. We can do a technique without implants and we can have a very nice result. We can lift the breast and nipple, and increase the upper pole volume to achieve a very natural look. We can have a great result without necessarily using implants. Dr. Medina
