I've completed two surgeries with Dr. Cash, and I'm ridiculously happy I took the leap. She performed an extended thigh lift with some liposuction and a standard tummy tuck with flanks liposuction in a single procedure. And, I had additional liposuction performed to the abdomen recently. I've since commented to family that she's an artist and a bit of a perfectionist. So, how and why did I choose her? - She came to me through a recommendation after a family member watched her skintight episode on TLC. - Her credentials are superb. - The online ratings affirmed she does good work. - She's local. I honestly thought about Columbia. - The office didn't feel "salesy," which is a feeling I got after having a phone with a different surgeon's office. - I had the "she's the one feeling." WYKYK So the results, People who don't know about my procedures have commented that I just glow. I'm very happy that my thighs don't jiggle when I exercise and my stomach is finally flat. I finally wore a mini skirt and fully plan to wear bikinis soon for the first time. I loved life before, and I love it even more. The outside matches the inside. I take more pictures now and look in the mirror a lot just to fully grasp this is the new me. So, the thighs..... I was mildly worried about the leg scar, but they are on the inner thighs; no one has noticed them. When I point out the scars, people are astonished how thin and concealed they are. The scars are healing and fading gradually. Recovery.... I read endless stories online that had me geared up for the worst. It really wasn't bad at all, but we are all different. I had occasional moments, but they dissipated quickly, and you learned what not to do. The recent second round of liposuction was uneventful. Where was it done? -The thigh lift, liposuction, and abdominoplasty were done in the hospital with an overnight stay. -Abdomen liposuction was done in her surgery suite. So, do I recommend her and the office. YES! Every follow-up visit, I'm all smiles and high-five Dr. Cash. I also try say high to the other staff because they've seen the before and are so darn friendly. The professionalism is unquestionable. Thank you for making a dream reality.

Dr. Camille Cash performed my breast reduction surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, she was positive, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable — I felt completely at ease in her care. Her entire staff is just as wonderful. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming, making each visit a truly pleasant experience. I felt supported every step of the way. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Cash in Houston. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Cash took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciated how patient and compassionate she was throughout the entire appointment. I went to three surgeons for consultation prior to selecting Dr. Cash for my mommy makeover after losing about 80 pounds. I felt instantly at ease with Karen and Dr. Cash. I had two visits with her before my surgery and all my questions were answered. I was particularly comforted by her plan to have an overnight hospital stay and the thorough review of pros and cons of breast augmentation. She also did not recommend the fleur dis lis abdominoplasty (vertical and horizontal incisions) as the other surgeons did. I had abdominoplasty, breast augmentation (silicone 660cc), brachioplasty and liposuction to flanks and arms. So far no complications and thrilled with results except one area on my arm crook where it’s rather puffy (the scar intersects with a previous scar and there’s likely some scar tissue there).

Attaching before and 2 week post op pictures for reference. Went to doctor today for 3 week follow up and all is well. Incisions under breast get irritated easily and my right arm has some nerve irritation.

I researched TT with diastasis repair for almost 3 years before I decided I was brave enough to do it. I scheduled my consult and was amazed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire staff! Especially Dr. Cash! My surgery went well! The hospital and hospital staff were professional and friendly! Dr. Cash was very caring and thorough. My recovery was exceptional and I have been loving my results since day 1!! Definitely worth the money!!!

I loved my experience with Dr. Cash. I interviewed 3 other doctors and was most pleased with her plan for me. I am 8 weeks post op of a tummy tuck, lipo 270, breast lift and augmentation, and arm lipo. Her work was flawless, my scars are already looking great. Dr. Cash is talented, caring, and a true artist. I went in having reasonable expectations and she nailed it.

After years of contemplating getting a breast reduction, I decided to go forth with the procedure. Using Dr. Cash as my surgeon was the best decision I made. She and her staff are truly amazing. They are very professional and treat you as if you are the only patient. My results were great and every time I stare at myself in the mirror, I feel like it is Christmas! If I were to ever choose to get additional procedures , it would be a no-brainer to use Dr. Cash!

I recently received filler injections for the first time from Dr. Cash. I’m 57 and have been getting Botox for several years. I knew I was ready for fillers when my reflection in the mirror did not look like “me”. One morning it looked as if my face was sliding downward from my cheeks to my chin. Overnight I felt old. She and her team were heaven! No one… literally no one knows unless I tell them. It was worth every penny. It looks so natural and has made me feel like myself again.

Breast Augmentation was done July 28, 2022. I have 4 kids & breast fed all of them and always wanted them done. I was nervous at first but after consulting with Dr.Cash it felt right with her.

I have always wanted this procedure done since I was in my early 20s. No matter how skinny I was I always hated my stomach. After years and years of working hard to exercise and eat right, and after of multiple failed pregnancies/attempts and IVF, I decided to do this for myself. I am from Texas but live in Florida. When I found Dr. Camille Cash and I read everything about her, as well as her reviews, I knew she was the perfect doctor for me. I booked my consult and my flight and that was that. Her office staff, Karen and Alana (and everyone else there) were so kind, welcoming, more importantly… Real, open and honest.
