I am 8 1/2 months post op I am extremely unhappy with how high my nipples seem to appear. They pop out of all bras, bikinis and vest tops. Also my nipples are not symmetrical to my body I don’t feel like they are in line with eachother. Can this be corrected for free/ what can be done to improve the appearance. They did not look like this when I first had them done. (Ps I had lost circulation to my left nipple however this has been restored)
