It may appear that your nipples are high because the implants are bottomed out. Exact measurements would be needed to determine if your nipples are properly located. You can have the lower portion of your breasts tightened but it would require an additional scar.

It looks like your nipples and breast shape was pretty good in your early post op photos. Looking at your recent photos it appears that your nipple to breast fold distance has at least doubled in 8 months. This is generally called bottoming out or pseudoptosis. You need a breast lift revision to remove the stretched out skin from your lower breast to recenter your nipples. If you have implants, the size might need to be made smaller since implants that are too large sometimes can cause this condition. Discuss options with your surgeon. Good luck.

this can be improved by removing the excess skin from the inferior incision and avoid interfering with circulation to your nipples. Once the excess skin is removed, your nipples should appear to be in the correct position.

You have had some stretching of the lower poles of your breasts.
This can be corrected and the lower poles shortened.
I would suggest going back to consult with your surgeon.
