Got lipo360+BBL with Dr.Arenas on March 9 2026. I wanted to choose a surgeon who first and foremost would be a good person and would prioritize safety above all. When I looked at Dr.Arenas Instagram, I loved how most of his posts were more about knowledge sharing and showing appreciation for his staff and patients and got a very good vibe. I looked at several doctors around the world but booked with Dr.Arenas without a hesitation. I was so anxious about the surgery but all the anxiety went away as soon as I met the doctor. He was warm, funny, very thorough with answering questions and set realistic expectations. The anesthesiologist and the OR nurses were all very kind as well. The aftercare I got at the hospital was fantastic! My fiancee was able to sleep over at the hospital as I had a private room. Nurses came throughout my stay to check blood pressure, administer medication and draw blood. The next day the doctor and his whole team came for post op instructions and I felt very cared for. During my recovery Fatima was available for all my questions. I was fully set on getting the lipo but was unsure about bbl as I didn't want a big butt and did not want to look like i got a bbl. After consulting with the doctor I decided to go ahead with the bbl and I am very glad I did. After the swelling went down, I was left with a very nice curve and got exactly what I asked for. No big projection but a nice curve and a bit of volume. I look so natural its crazy! The pictures dont do it justice, I love my results so much. Everyday I wake up looking better and it feels surreal to have a figure like this. I am only 5 weeks post op and already loving my results. Im so excited as my results will continue to improve as the swelling goes down. I highly highly recommend Dr.Arenas!

To say I had an amazing experience with Dr. Arenas would be the biggest understatement ever. From the first time I met him on a zoom call, he made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision. His staff are just as amazing and Fatima is a gem. I had my procedure on January 8 and left the hospital the next day. My husband and I rented an apartment for two weeks in Guadalajara and Dr. Arenas' office arranged for a nurse (Fer is the BEST) to come everyday for lymphatic massage and helping me shower. She was essential to my fast and easy recovery. After we travelled back to the states on January 21st, either he or his staff were in touch with me every day for at least two weeks. It has been seven weeks now since my surgery and I still communicate with them at least once a week. I have truly felt cared for by Dr. Arenas and Fatima every step of the way. I had a breast lift with augmentation, tummy tuck and loads of liposuction. The hospital where he did the surgery was a wonderful facility and the staff there were so kind and helpful. I would do it all again without hesitation, but only if Dr. Arenas was my surgeon. If you are thinking about seeing Dr. Arenas, don't hesitate. You won't be sorry!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Arenas. He and his team provided me with excellent care. The entire process, from the very beginning, was a pleasant experience, thanks to the communication with Liz. Their attention is personalized, with carefully explained instructions and exemplary follow-up. The doctor performed an abdominoplasty on me, and on the day of my appointment, everything was organized for the surgery due to the limited time I had available to be in the city. Caro and Fer's care during my recovery was incredible.

I really recommend the doctor, my experience was excellent, he has the best team, I am very happy with my results and I’d definitely go back again. I can’t express how much I love Dr Arenas and Fatima! They are a dream team. I feel like I have a new chance at life free of any limitations caused by my breasts. I stare in the mirror every day in awe at how natural and incredible Dr Arenas’ work is. The entire hospital staff treated me like they truly cared about my wellbeing, comfort, and were literally holding my hand throughout the entire day of the surgery. At no point did I feel alone or fearful. I could write forever about how much I recommend Dr Arenas - just trust me! Whatever procedure you’re considering, you are in good hands.

I had a great experience with my surgery. I had considered having my surgery with another doctor, but I didn’t feel confident with him. Luckily, I found Dr. Arenas, and from the moment I reached out to his team, I felt safe and secure with him and his staff. I live outside the country, so we had an online appointment. He answered all my questions and resolved all my doubts. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and would never recommend anything that isn’t beneficial.
