Amazing Experience
Had been wanting to do a mommy makeover for about 12 years, I heard about doctor Arenas through a family member, I contacted them, got a quote after I sent in the requested information and got all my questions answered. I booked my surgery within 2 weeks, crazy! I know. I was very nervous about the procedure but once I arrived in Mexico and spoke with him in person I was at ease, everything went on as planned. I am only 7 months post op, but I have no regrets and I am very happy

Trusted Dr. Arenas Since 2019 — Loving My Lip Lift Results!
My Lip Lift Experience with Dr. Rafael Arenas I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafael Arenas since 2019 and have trusted him with several procedures, including my rhinoplasty and chin implant, and later my 360 lipo, BBL, and buccal fat removal in December 2022. On July 27, 2026, I returned for a lip lift, a procedure I had wanted for years. After my rhinoplasty, I was always insecure about the space between my nose and upper lip. I tried temporary lip filler, but it never gave me

Hi everyone I am currently 5 weeks post op from a tummy tuck, bbl, and 360 lipo. After years and numerous facebook surgery groups I decided on dr rafael arenas after my friend recommended him to me. I am a very nervous person when it comes to surgery and it was obvious. Dr arenas amd his team calmed my nerves right before surgery and we're soooo amazing. Everyone including his coordinator Fatima have been amazing. I stayed at a Morada luna 2 weeks and Dr Arenas was always on top

I had a tummy tuck, Lipo 360, and a BBL, and I truly could not recommend a better surgeon. From the very beginning, Dr. Arenas and his entire team provided exceptional care. They made me feel comfortable, safe and well-informed before and after my surgery. I am beyond happy with my results! They exceeded my expectations. I also traveled for my procedure and even after I returned home, their team continued to follow up and check on me. Anytime I had questions, they were incredibly

Best Decision I've Ever Made!
Got lipo360+BBL with Dr.Arenas on March 9 2026. I wanted to choose a surgeon who first and foremost would be a good person and would prioritize safety above all. When I looked at Dr.Arenas Instagram, I loved how most of his posts were more about knowledge sharing and showing appreciation for his staff and patients and got a very good vibe. I looked at several doctors around the world but booked with Dr.Arenas without a hesitation. I was so anxious about the surgery but all the

The Best Doctor!
To say I had an amazing experience with Dr. Arenas would be the biggest understatement ever. From the first time I met him on a zoom call, he made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision. His staff are just as amazing and Fatima is a gem. I had my procedure on January 8 and left the hospital the next day. My husband and I rented an apartment for two weeks in Guadalajara and Dr. Arenas' office arranged for a nurse (Fer is the BEST) to come everyday

I Had an Excellent Experience
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Arenas. He and his team provided me with excellent care. The entire process, from the very beginning, was a pleasant experience, thanks to the communication with Liz. Their attention is personalized, with carefully explained instructions and exemplary follow-up. The doctor performed an abdominoplasty on me, and on the day of my appointment, everything was organized for the surgery due to the limited time I had available to be in the city.
