Although some surgeons may say it’s okay, please understand that the recovery period would be quite difficult. This is because with a breast lift, you wouldn’t be able to rest on your front, and with a BBL, you wouldn’t be able to rest on your back. Depending on where the fat is harvested, you may not even be able to rest on your side. Therefore, it would be difficult to sleep.
It is very common in plastic surgery to do multiple procedures in one operation. Most of my surgeries accomplish multiple procedures in one sitting. I having done breast lifts or other breast procedures the same time as a BBL. For safety concerns we always limit total surgery time to 5 hours for an outpatient procedure so it must fit in this space of time. Consult in person with plastic surgeons who do a lot of these procedures. Many do not do BBLs. Good luck.
Dear noemiduhhh,I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I would not do both at the same time for you will have problems trying to sleep. For my patients who get BBL's, I instruct them to avoid sleeping on their backs for 3 months.

Thank you for your question regarding the shape, position, and overall result of your breast augmentation and lift. From your description and photos, I believe a breast revision would be the most beneficial in your case. A likely solution could be the placement of larger implants and a thorough...
Hi there, yes you have tuberous breasts and you would benefit from a breast lift using the full anchor incision. This will reduce the size of your areolas, reshape your breasts, and lift them up off of your chest wall. Please meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
You did not show photos, so I am not certain what differences you mean. Yes, the areolae can be made smaller during the lift and a reduction. If your breasts are uneven in size, one can be made smaller, or one larger.
