I got the Bellesoma lift and my nipples are too high. I want to know if they can be corrected. I am open to, and desire a fat transfer for more fullness as well. However, my main concern is lowering my areola/nipple

Answer: Lift Yes, you can be easily corrected by having more skin removed from your inferior incision with perhaps some breast tissue. Your nipples will appear to be lowered, but actually the excess skin between your nipples and lower incision will be removed and place your nipples where they should be. Adding fat will not lower your nipples.

Answer: Nipple/areoal (NA) location If your have fat transferred to the upper pole and middle of the breasts, then you may change how clothes fit the breasts and thus adjust the height of the NA on your breasts. Your nipple areaola may be adjusted by performing a periareolar lift (scar only around the areola where you now have one. The garment you are wearing is not the best one for your breasts which is part of why so much of the areola is peeking out. Dr. Taranow
