I’ve had saggy breast ever since they started to form, I was bigger when I was younger so I’m not sure if it’s due to weight loss but they were saggy even when I was overweight. I would like to get a breast lift and implants. I’m more afraid of the permanent breast lift anchor scars more than the regular augmentation scar, so would any non-surgical breast lift operations be beneficial to me before I get the augmentation or would it just be best to get both the surgical breast lift and implants?

There are mainly 2 components on the breast, the gland .. which gives the volume and the skin which covers the volume. Breast implants add volume but this will not improve the loose skin. This gets better making the skin tighter. This been said in your specific body type the breast lift is the most important part and if you would like to add volume, a breast implant will help . I do not recommend to do a breast implants it self . Hope this help!

In my professional opinion, I would recommend the surgical breast lift with implants. Without a surgical lift, you would not have the best aesthetic possible. With a surgical breast lift, your breasts will be lifted, perkier, and more youthful.

A breast lift would be a nice procedure for you.  You would have a nice shape to the breasts with lifted nipple/areolas and not have to worry about implants.  Implants alone would not be the way to go.

Non surgical breast lifts simply do not work. You would need a real lift. But it might not be worth the scars at your age. Just don’t waste money on non surgical treatments which will do nothing

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

It is unfortunate that someone so young has so much sagging. Your weight gain and loss is possibly  related to the sagging. Your nipples are well below your breast fold, even at the bottom of your breasts. There is no nonsurgical lift that is going to put your nipples back centered on your breasts. You will need a surgical breast lift at least a lollipop scar pattern. If you wish an implant can be placed at the same time. Discuss your options with a plastic surgeon that you like their photos of augmentation/lift patients. Good luck.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Hi there,
Do not pay any money for a non-surgical breast lift. You will not see meaningful results, and will have flushed your $ away. If you are set on an intervention, the best thing you can do for yourself is to commit to a full mastopexy with or without implants or fat grafting. Scars, though inherent to the procedure, will fade with time (they will not disappear, but most patients are very satisfied regardless).

Being worried about scar placement is a very normal thing. This being said, performing a breast lift using the wrong types of incisions can lead to inadequate results. It may be that you are a candidate for a vertical aka lollipop type of incision, however due to the size of her breasts I find taking out a small amount at the bottom can obtain a much nicer result in a very safe way. Somebody who is young like yourself it is likely to heal very nicely as well
