Hello all! I lost 80lbs and my breast are quite hollow and saggy. I want to get a lift and would prefer not to have implants inserted. That being said I do want to have at least a B cup. Do you think that would be possible without implants? Best, A
I am having a breast lift in October. In my consultation, I told my surgeon that I am scared of nipple numbness and he said that it is possible with a breast lift, but he didnt clarify how common it is. At the time of the consultation I didnt know that you could also lose the ability to react to temperature. I dont know if the right word is nipple erection or how you would explain that. I have researched and seen people say that the likelihood of losing sensation forever is low but then Ive turned around and found it said that only 10% of women get their feeling back And of course thats a big difference. I know that you cant give me an exact answer on whether or not my body will regain sensation, but my question is how common is it really to lose it all? I do not want flat nipples forever. How common is it to lose all sensation and ability to get nipple erections? I also am getting implants taken out during this and none put back.
Hi! So Im planning on getting a breast lift (possibly with small implants, possibly without), a tummy tuck with lipo360 and abdominal etching, a small bbl, and thigh lift. Id like to combine all the lower body stuff the tummy tuck, lipo, bbl, and thigh lift and do the breast lift separately, because i am eyeing different doctors for the body and breasts. But I am wondering if there is a recommended order to do the procedures in and what is the minimum time Id need to wait in between procedures, so as to streamline the process as much as possible. Thanks!
I have not seen any plastic surgeons in the US that offer or discuss the L shaped mastopexy, but I see a fair amount of this in Latin American (especially Brazil) surgeon offerings. My questions is to US board certified plastic surgeons who specialize in breast and bodywhy is this? Are there drawbacks or is it just a newer approach?
I plan to do quite a lot of plastic surgery in 2026 after losing 50 kg, but I'm also planning a nose job and a facelift, but I'm interested in how much time there must be between the surgeries. Is it dangerous to undergo long anesthesia in a short period of time, and what are the consequences? Because the nose surgery the doctor I work with does more than 8-9 hours, and I will also be under anesthesia a lot for body operations, so I am interested in how dangerous this is
I had a breast lift / no implant, with mesh about a year and a half ago. I'm noticing of my nipple is starting to look off. I don't even know exactly how to describe it but I feel like part of my nipple is changing texture / losing color?? I'll add photos. I asked the surgeons office and his NP told me this is normal and happens some times when the breast is stretched. I'm a little freaked out. Can someone explain what this is and if there's anything I need to do?
In the past I had a unilateral reduction to fix asymmetry. The surgeon removed too much fat and the other breast drooped more. This surgeon's way of fixing the breast that drooped more was removing excess skin from the bottom part of my breast and not lifting the areola. Because of this he left a horizontal scar below my inframammary fold and the breast always remained droopy. Can that breast even get a proper breast lift now with the location of the horizontal scar so low?
I want to get a breast lift and a rhinoplasty from two different surgeons. From what I've read, it is advised to do the boob job first... but I can't tell how long I should wait in between. How long should I wait? Any other info appreciated!
