In my practice, I prefer to do online consultation with our international patients first. Afterwards we book their surgeries and when they arrive in istanbul we meet with them one day before their surgery for the final consultation

After being seen at consultation, as long as you have normal labs (labs are usually done same day or within a few days), you would be able to proceed with an Abdominoplasty immediately at your surgeons next available opening. So that puts you in September, how myxh time in your country takes to have full lab work, ekg, cardiologist evaluation, be in shape, you must start right away doing exercise, focus on achieving great nutrition status and prepare mentally.
