I'm a 33 yr old male. I had my first TT procedure in June of 2019. Have been unhappy with it ever since. Abdomen is uneven: more skin/fat on left side than right. Too much skin and fat was left in abdomen. Scar is awful (hate it). Have fat/skin laxity on entire lower torso (sides/back) that also bothers me. My desire is to have a tight torso, to bring out the muscular V-Shape (trim torso and broad shoulders). I have a muscular build already. Want taut/tight skin in torso. I'm healthy.

Answer: Repeat tummy tuck You will need a repeat tummy tuck. This will remove additional skin as you have shown in your photographs. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Vectors of skin excess Depending on your genetics, quality of tissues, muscle and bone underlying structure, people develop different vectors of excess of skin after losing significant amount of weight. It seems you had removed the excess of length on your mid central area of the abdomen and you have remaining excess of width (the skin pinching towards the midline) and also excess of saggy skin above buttocks. So that will be fixed re-doing the Tummy Tuck area, lower the position of your current incision, re-do belly button, perform a Fleur de Lis (vertical incision to remove the excess of width) and complete the circumferential Tummy Tuck (360 incision) to remove the excess above buttocks. Be encouraged!!! Look for an expert in After Weight Loss surgery. Dr. Cárdenas
