I am 6'3, 225 lbs. I have loose skin from a 170lb weight loss about ten years ago. It's not that bad, but I want it removed. My main concern is not the recovery or pain, but that I am at too high a body fat % to have a good result. My surgeon didn't raise any concerns. I am doing a 360 tummy tuck. Is it realistic to expect my stomach and love handles to be gone after surgery? Or will there still be pudge as I am overweight? Anyone seen before/after of someone similar?
