Can CoolSculpting treat gynecomastia in males?

CoolSculpting is not an approved treatment for Gynecomastia. Hello, thank you for your question. CoolSculpting can be effective in treating what's called pseudo-gynecomastia (where the majority of the excess breast tissue is made of fat). However, CoolSculpting will not remove the enlarged breast gland, which is the nature of true gynecomastia. I'd recommend finding a provider who has experience with both CoolSculpting and surgical treatment of gynecomastia to determine which option would be best for you.
