With CoolAdvantage what areas are considered 1 treatment? What about the 45min treatment?

The most important goal with CoolSculpting is to make sure the entire area with the unwanted fat is included in the applicator or applicators.  If this can be done with one of the larger CoolAdvantage applicators, I would do this versus using 2 of the smaller applicators.  For some people, the larger applicator is too big and will not fit the person's body.  In this instance, either 1 or 2 of the smaller applicators can be used.  Using the larger applicator will also shorten the complete treatment time, as the larger one is 45 minutes.  If 2 of the smaller ones were used, the treatment time would be 70 minutes (35 minutes for each side).

The CoolAdvantage Plus applicator treats 2.5 times more tissue than the standard CoolAdvantage applicator, therefore it is twice the price. The CoolAdvantage Plus is considered to be a "de-bulking" applicator and works great for patients who need to remove greater volume of fat on the abdomen.

Actually most of the treatments are 35 minutes with the newer applicators. The size and shape of the applicator depends on the area you want treated since the applicator has to fit the contour of your body.

This will depend on the area you want treated and your body type. Keep in mind, for best results, a combination approach with other non-invasive treatments is needed and some people need more than one treatment with Coolsculpting. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. The CoolAdvantage takes 35 minutes to complete a treatment. It's the newer applicator that is designed to have a wider cup so that more of an area can be treated and patients experience less discomfort because there is less suction. Once you schedule a consultation with a CoolSculpting expert, he/she will be able to tell you which applicator you are better suited for.

The cool advantage plus is the 45 minute cycle and is equivalent to the cost of two cool advantage cycles (35 minutes). The reason this applicator is used is because it can do what two of the smaller applicators do in less amount of time.
