Every time I enter Z center for Cosmetic Health, I’m always greeted by the lovely and caring Alicia. She always makes sure I’m up to date on all the deals and am comfortable on pricing and procedures before every treatment. Sweet Meghan does my coolsculpting, and always makes sure I’m at ease. Such a quick procedure, in and out with in an hour. Dr. Zadeh always pops in to make sure I’m doing ok. He is the only person I will let touch my face, as he does all my laser, Botox and filler treatments! It’s always a great experience and feels like family!

Dr. Zadeh is so professional, calm, and caring. I had such a pleasant experience with him and would recommend him to anyone. He takes his time with you to ensure that you are taken care of properly. I cannot wait to go back!

I had a great experience getting Ultherapy at Z Center for Cosmetic Health with Dr Zadeh. I did my upper face with the additional fine line treatment in April and I am already seeing amazing results with a brow lift. I decided to move forward with my lower face and chose Dr Zadeh because he offers a nerve block and medication to make the procedure super comfortable. The treatment was so comfortable and they said they where able to do a stronger treatment due to my comfort level so I can't wait to see my results for my neck and lower jaw area which I wanted to look tighter and more defined. It takes a few months to see the results but I am looking forward and will keep this post updated.

After having some miserable experiences with botox and juvederm in the past I had almost given up. Until I found Dr. Zadeh! I even trusted him with my lips and they turned out magnificent! He is honest and approachable. From the moment I met him he spent time to answer my questions and clearly explained everything to me. His staff is super sweet too. I can't wait to try some more treatments with him.

I follow Dr. Zadeh on instagram as Z center for cosmetic health, this is how I found him. I only have had Botox and cool mini procedure. I am beyond pleased with my results and experience with Dr. Zadeh and his genuinely kind staff.
I am confident if you try going here you will be very pleased with Dr. Zadeh who by the way provided very honest feedback towards procedures.

Ive had several laser treatments and good results with thermismooth. the doctor is attentive and shows you before and after images of your own progress so you can gauge whether its worthwhile to invest more time into one treatment method over another. Dr. Z also has his own line of medical grade cosmetics which are effective between visits. compared to other med spas.. the z center has a private feel, is clean, and well-run.

This place is absolutely great! After having a really bad experience with a coolsculpting procedure elsewhere, I called various places for hel and opinions. Z Center was by far the most welcoming, thorough, and transparent. It started with Lyndi on the phone. She asked me a bunch of questions about what I needed and then gave me all sorts of recommendations and options. It made me feel super informed and comfortable.

After scheduling an appointment, I met with Dr. Zadeh. In most places I went to there were tecnicians, but here I got to talk to a doctor and he did a full on inspection and analysis of my fat. He let me know which areas of my body would have the greatest fat reduction given a certain applicator. It was never pushy, but also not dismissive as I felt in other clinics. He was just super informative, thorough, and caring. At one point he asked me about my job which he remembered and brought up later on my first treatment visit. It's little details like that that made me feel welcome and cared for.

The day of the treatment went smoothly. Dr. Zadeh was there and a technician named Sarah. She was awesome! First of all, the room was clean, open, and super organized. It looked like a hospital room but with more space and a huge flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Anyways, the areas for treatment were marked and double checked before the applicators were placed on. Sarah would let me know what to expect for each area and placed a red button for me to access her if needed. I took my laptop to do work, but I ended up binge watching Fuller House cause I was on a really comfy bed, I had hot tea, and a warm blanket. It was just too cozy to do anything else.

This is as far as I've gone. As of right now I'm waiting to see my results and continue with the consultation process. I just wanted to write this review because this place has been absolutely great. Oh, and when I went to buy another applicator, Lyndi referred me to a gift box which allowed me to pay what I would have payed for an applicator yet comes with so many other treatments for trial. She basically saved me money. Those are the things that make me appreciate this place. I'm scheduled for a facial treatment of some sort and hair removal. Stay tuned for reviews on that.

I went to an event with my friend who had CoolSculpting before. I work out and wasn't sure I'd even have enough fat to pinch. Boy, was I wrong. I'm so glad I had a consultation and bought the treatment at a discounted price. It's expensive! But SO worth it!!!
The actual procedure and healing time weren't that bad at all! I didn't have to change my regular routine. I noticed my results about 5 weeks after my treatment. I now have so much less hanging over the side area on my waistline- the "love handle' area. Now I have even more LOVE for my body, but definitely less handles. ????

I felt really puffy after my second baby. I went in for my lower stomach but dr Zadeh educated me on the importance of doing my upper stomach as well. I'm really happy I did both. Since the change in weather I feel more comfortable wearing tank tops again. The whole procedure took 4 hours. I read to pass the time. It really started hurting after 5 days so I took some prescribed medicine which helped with the sharp pains in my stomach. I noticed results after 5-6 weeks after my treatment .

I have consulted with Dr. Zadeh for Ultheraphy and Thermitight. Pictures speak for themselves. I will have Thermitight procedure done in a couple of weeks as it seems a better option for me. and I will continue to post results and pictures as time goes by. Soooo looking forward to have this done since I definitely do Not want to go under the knife for major surgery.

I will have Thermitight done on my jowls, upper neck and bilateral arm flaps by Dr. Zadeh on 3/18/2016. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Will keep posts updates.

Thank you sooo much for your comments and information. I have read the threads of all of you and if its disturbing to me I can imagine the emotional and physical trauma Thermitight results brought you! I have changed my mind and I will not proceed with it. I was feeling very insecure about how my neck and jowls look at this point in my life, I can only imagine how it would be if it comes to a point where is very difficult to be able to do anything else not only because monetary reasons but also lack of trust in doctors who have cause one to be in such situation. Please stay strong. I pray you find a resolution soon. Thank God for all of you who informed me and for RS.

After much debate and eventhough I thought I had decided not to have thermight done..I did!! done by Dr. Zadeh on 3/18/16 on jowls, upper neck and arms. The minute I walked to my appointment Dr. Zadeh explained and answer all my questions and addressed all concerns I had. he made me feel very confortable and confident with his confident and professional bedside manner. The procedure itself was very comfortable and pain free. I was expecting much more swelling and bruising than what I have. Today is post-procedure day 2. No bruising and minimal swelling on my jowls and neck. I do have bruising and swelling on my arms. Slight pain at incision sites 2/10 scale. I don't know what the outcome is going to be at this time but I felt secure enough to attempt to do something about my insecurities. I'm posting day 2 pics and will update periodically. I do have to say that Dr. Zadeh and his office staff are very professional and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I had thermismooth treatments around eyes and around mouth. It does not work! Is done by using a probe conducting heat done by a technician. Treatment is $300. for eyes and $300. for mouth. And is recommended 3 treatments minimum. I did 3 treatment each and have had no benefit at all. The lines on my upper lip did not change whatsoever, the upper eyelids are still dropped as before and the lines fine lines under my eyes are the same. The treatment is supposed to tighten skin therefore reducing sagging and fine lines. I've had more benefit from Botox. At any rate I do not recommend it at all. Is a waste of money. I also had thermight which is more invasive and I've seen slight good results I'm 2months post treatment and waiting for the 4-6 month healing and result mark.

4 months post thermitight procedure and as you can see very little change on jowl and neck. Arm flaps are back to same as they were before now that sweeling is gone. The skin looks as creepy as it was before. I was hoping for some improvement but none so far. The circumference on my arms is smaller but flaps and creepy skin when arms down look the same. Is supposed to work up to a year. I doubt that I'll see any improvement anymore. Will update at 6months.

Disappointed!! I am back to where I was before the procedure for, what I am seeing now at 5 months post procedure and I'm afraid that as time goes by the skin is going to get even more loose and sagging than before instead of getting tighter as it was supposed to happen as time passes by. Not worth it!! I have compared pictures from before and after and as it stands No benefit.
