I was extremely unsure about this procedure going in, and I had done a lot of research to see if it would last and how effective it would be. I finally decided to take the plunge after talking to Dr. Gerrish (see below). He explained how they did the anesthetic and procedure at maximum energy to avoid needing to do a second procedure. I tried Coolsculpting on my abdomen and lower back about 6 weeks ago. I was seeing results after 3 weeks and apparently I'm only just starting to see them. I am so happy with them right now. I can really see the inches gone. It was a very weird feeling and I was uncomfortable for the first few days. But after that, it was fine, I didn't have any nerve pain.

I have tried practically everything(diet, exercise, various non-invasive treatments from other medical spas) to remove the stubborn abdominal fat, and this is the only thing that worked. My results are absolutely amazing!!! I'm so excited!! Also, like many men, I'm a huge baby when it comes to pain...I was surprised at how comfortable the treatment was.
