I have been cancer free for 4 1/2 years following breast cancer surgery. Can I get cool sculpting on my abdomen and flank areas?

First and foremost - happy to hear you are disease-free at 4 1/2 years out. You should consult with a Coolsculpting expert for a complete examination. But your history alone should not preclude you from having fat frozen in the abdomen and flank regions.

I would not see any problem having CoolSculpting done to your abdomen and flanks 4.5 years after bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer.  I would just mention this to the physician who is following you  after your breast cancer treatment though.
