Can I do red light therapy one week after CoolSculpting?

Can I do red light therapy one week after coolsculpting? it is supposed to be good for stretch marks and acne, but I also read that it is good for inflammation, which is the part that concerns me. how long do I need to avoid things that help inflammation after coolsculpting?

You should be just fine having red light therapy after the Coolsculpting treatment session. You should also consult with your Coolsculpting provider to keep them informed.

You can do red light therapy after coolsculpting. To speed up healing, you can try adding hyperbaric oxygen, lymphatic massage, venus legacy or exilis radiofrequency treatments.  Keep in mind, for best results, a combination approach is needed and some people need more than one treatment with Coolsculpting. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser with ThermiRF procedure is the best combination for a toned result, but requires more downtime. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question. While it should be fine to use red light therapy post Coolsculpting, I recommend following up with your provider about their protocols post-treatment.
