I’m 22. They are saggy & almost deflated. I’m recovered from an eating disorder where my weight was always changing- which shows in my breasts. I want them lifted and maybe even implants but I hate that big scar from the lifts women get. What do you reccomend? Also if there’s anything for my nipples to be smaller that wouldn’t leave huge scars too. OPEN TO ALL SUGGESTIONS.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Hello Hello, if your breasts are a little saggy, I think that currently, the way they look, you should wait a few years to do a lift. In my opinion, they are very symmetrical, and they look very pretty. I wouldn't recommend that you get a lift yet, and to reduce the areola would have to be a scar around the areola completely.
