Depending on the individual, the Mommy Makeover can be a wide variety of treatments. The goal is to achieve soft breasts that are in proportion to the hips and waist. With my guidance, expertise, and each individual’s goals in mind, a great outcome can be achieved. The procedure is to place cohesive silicone gel or saline implants through one of three different incisions. Depending on the individual, the incision could be around the areola, in the natural crease under the breast or the armpit. I will select the location based on the specific anatomy and preferences of each patient. The goal is to have the scar heal and hide very well.

Dr Bull is amazing! My textured breast implants were 25 years old when one finally ruptured. The fear of pain to have a replacement was out of this world. Dr. Bull‘s procedure was like magic. Minor discomfort with a capsulectomy and implant exchange managed with Tylenol for about a week. It has only been since three weeks since my procedure and my new implants already look better than I ever could’ve imagined.
I had a mini tummy tuck 14 months ago. Luckily, I was a candidate with just needing to remove some sagging skin from pregnancy/weight fluctuations (not a lot of fat to remove). The contour results were perfect and Dr. Bull did an excellent job. Results are still exactly the same 14 months later. At times, the area still feels a bit numb but overall it was an easy recovery (we didn't do muscle work). He also performed my breast mastoplexy 4 years ago.

Hitting 40 and losing some weight resulted in some increasing nasolabial folds on my face. I opted for Dr. Bull's recommended filler in the folds and also some lip filler for my very thin lips. It was subtle and the results have been beautiful. The needles are very small, some numbing agent is incorporated, and while there is a slight sting, the process with Dr. Bull and his assistant (who will likely using a rolling wand to distract from any discomfort) is quick and WORTH IT!
