I had a BBL 13 years ago and it has been a mighty long journey. I got MERSA, had a revision as it caused a dent, dented again, had kids, gained weight and it got worse, lost weight (45 pounds) and now I love my shape but need to be smoothed out as the denting at the bottom is unsightly. My boobs sag from the weight loss and now I am heading in to see Dr. S again on July 28th to have implant exchange with lift, and a BBL revision with J-Plasma. I am excited to see what he does and this time I am older and wiser so I will be taking care of myself to maintain results. I am done having kids and ready to live my best life!

Ladies and gents, I am going to give you the good the bad and the ugly. I had a BBL around 13 years ago, got MERSA and then gained weight/had kids, and now I’m on the 2nd year of my health and wellness journey at this point. I had my kids and have put in the work to lose 45 pounds. Now I am going back to Dr. S to lift these fun bags, exchange implants and smooth out my butt with a revision as well as J-plasma on stomach and butt. It has become extremely dented from the infection, a cyst (removed this Feb) and the weigh gain. Now that I am at a stable weight I am ready for a redo. I trust Dr. S completely and know he will fix me up! I am happy with my shape I just need smoothed out. Please look at my other review for before my first BBL pics. This time I am older and understand that I must take care of myself for his work to last. I am so excited to get this done and ready for this summer, for the first time in over 10 years!! I literally want my shape but just smoothed bottom wise and high siting round boobies

Dr. S and Nancy were so great before and Nancy has been so amazing this go around as well. She has answered all my questions and been brutally honest with me. I cannot wait to get this done and excited to see what I look like after! A little over 2 months to go! I’ll update everyone after and close to.

I am currently 4 months post op and love the natural looking results. After researching for 3 years, I chose Dr. Salama to perform a combination procedure (Tummy Tuck and Skinny BBL) and am happy I did - my belly button looks fantastic and my glutes perfectly match my body proportions. Although, I was in decent shape prior to surgery, I have been receiving a massive amount of compliments as of recent. I visited Disney World with my family and overheard a group of women talking about my butt - They couldn't tell if it was augmented or if I just had good genes! Goal definitely achieved!

I went to him for a TT and back lipo. He was referred by a co-worker who went to him twice but that was also "years" ago. He was a very nice and a friendly provider with good bedside manner during my pre-op. Although I never saw him again, as there was no aftercare besides the massages. The nurse took pics of me and told me she would show him what I looked like. There was no aftercare whatsoever. Once my eyes could open they put me in my mom's car. The robe that I brought was soaked in blood and I tried taking it off before getting in the car and the nurse kept saying your boobs are showing, I said I don't care, I am in a car, and don't want that wet ass blood soaked robe on in my rental car. On day 1 PO the nurse came in and said," You didn't take a shower?" I said no, I was not told otherwise. she replied "well you are dirty and have iodine all over you." The women who did the massages did not speak English and only told me " it's good" when I tried to ask questions. I had the same masseuse for 9 of my massages and when I did get a different one I noticed a difference in skill and pressure provided. when I went to make more appts I asked for the new masseuse and was told no, that I had to stick with the other one. When I was getting massages the nurses would come in and out of the room to get stuff, providing me no privacy and even leaving the door open. When the door was open I saw the Dr outside the room saying something to the masseuse like as if she was in trouble. I thought it was awkward.I just kept telling myself I am here to have an artist work on me, not so much for all the other "care" I told myself he must know what he's doing to have so much confidence to not have to see his patients PO. The Rn's were snooty as shown above and I would have to ask the masseuse to see the nurse. I kept asking them if my sterri strips looked ok for 3 days in a row prior to leaving the city. by the last day, she told me to go home and take a shower and remove them and buy some sterri strips myself. i was shocked that they couldn't even clean my steri strips before I left. looking at the scar and having to take off the steri strips myself was terrifying as I thought that I would open the incision and no one would be there to help me. I thought that I would have to go home with a drain in as my output was not below the threshold for them to be taken out. but the nurse removed it anyway. at 5 weeks I started to feel pain in my abs and was sore like I was on 2 weeks PO. I ended up having a seroma, or infection. ( the dr's in my state refused to drain it to figure out what was going on and placed me on 2 rounds of antibiotics) I Flew from Seattle WA to see him. I do love my results and my belly button is so good. I wish that I got my TT done earlier in my life b/c I look so good. i do appreciate his skill in transforming a body. Thank you Dr Salama.

I did multiple consultations in the miami area. I had a mild form of tuberous breasts but they were really small A/B cups. I was looking for someone willing to give me what I wanted… bigger breasts without such an invasive procedure as a breast lift with anchor scar (the inverted T and cutting around the nipple). Many other doctors would just tell me I needed that and quote me the higher price of that procedure. During my initial consult Dr Salama said he was confident he could give me what I wanted. My entire process with the practice was so smooth from start to finish. I was able to schedule as soon as was possible for me as well which I was very happy about. He did an amazing job with my breasts I don’t think I have ever felt so confident in my life. I’m 5 weeks post op, but within 4 days I was back at work and only minor discomfort that went away soon after. My scars are healing beautifully. His staff was all so friendly and informative. His pricing was also very competitive and very affordable. I can’t thank Dr Salama enough for what he did for me. I did this for me, for my mental health and for my own happiness and I really feel the benefits of it. Thank you so much Dr Salama and EPS team.

I do not know where to even begin with how amazing of an experience I’ve had with Dr salama. First off, ignore every bad review that you see on here. From the moment I got there, I was immediately prepped for surgery. Then I finally got to meet the amazing Dr Salama himself and it went beyond my greatest expectations. He was extremely kind, thorough, caring and more than anything respectful. We talked about my goals realistic and unrealistic as he marked me up. He took my before pictures and as I stood there naked, I truly felt respected and comfortable. His professionalism is impeccable. After that process he took a look at my inspo pics or what my goals were. I can tell you that he maybe looked for 30 seconds and somehow gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I have my dream body. My dream waist. My dream breast. He picked the perfect implant size for me 485cc high profile. After a long life struggling with body dysmorphia, I cried happy tears for the first time because I finally looked in the mirror and loves what I saw. I will never see another plastic surgeon. I ended up in the hospital with a double pneumonia and a collapsed lung. (This was all due to me staying at a terrible recovery home). Dr salama had been in touch with me every day all day through this and had even been in contact with my hospital here in New York. I’m finally back home healing. Just when I think this man can’t amaze me anymore!!! He does!!!

New pics. To keep ya guys updated, my swelling has gone down. I’m still a tiny swollen in my back and sore in my breasts but much better. Dr. Salama has also checked on me yet again and I’m planning on doing a mini tummy tuck next year and the rib procedure. Let me know what you guys think :)

I highly recommend Dr Moises Salama for a lipo 360 & BBL.
I really wanted a natural look and he nailed it, I cannot be happier with my new body!!

Trying on a bikini bottom that I never thought I would wear in public… now I can’t wait to go to the beach in it!

Had a TT, BA, Implants, lift and lipo done. The scar from my TT is meticulous. Excellent work! Scar from the lift not bad. Implant size not a big as I wanted but he still did good work. Didn't get to see dr for post op care-saw mean nurse but I was well cared for. Office staff very nice. Beautiful facility, great price. I'd go back to him again.

I underwent surgery on January 16th, 2024, for 360 lipo with fat transfer, ab etching, and vaginoplasty tightening, traveling from Canada for the procedure.

The process of booking my surgery was straightforward, and on the day of the surgery, I met with the doctor who made me feel comfortable. Despite feeling nervous leading up to the surgery, his reassuring presence put me at ease.

I am ecstatic with my results. The outcome is natural-looking, and my hips have been beautifully enhanced. The progress of my ab etching is gradually becoming visible, and I'm thrilled with the results.

The care I received from the nurse and massage therapist post-surgery was exceptional. Their dedication to ensuring I was well taken care of left a lasting impression on me, and I was almost moved to tears upon leaving their care. I loved those ladies!
