Mom to 3. I had my first one when I was young and the other two 15 years later. After the first child, I was able to get my breasts to lift to near pre-pregnancy position with exercise 3 years after pregnancy size 34D or 36D. After the next two, my size has changed to 38DD. It's hard for me to accept that the only option for me is a breast lift with anchor incision (recommended by surgeons that looked at photos requested). I am now posting a pic with holding one breast up.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Powerful380781, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Vertical lift Your nipples are located below your breast fold and are pointing downward. A vertical breast lift would most likely be the most effective option for you, since a donut lift would provide only a minor improvement.
