4 weeks post op, I got 200cc and went from 32A to 32C. Will my size get smaller? (photos)

Thanks for your question!At 4 weeks post-op, there is likely still some swelling.  In addition, your implants aren't in their final position yet.  Chances are that they will not get bigger at this point.  Also, I will really encourage you not to let the bra size freak you out.  Bras vary in based on the company, the material, the support, etc.  Wait about 3-6 months and if you are still dissatisfied, that is when you should have a conversation with your PS about another surgery to go smaller.Best of luck!

yes, your breasts are still a bit swollen. It also takes a good 2-3 months for the implants to settle. I would be a little surprised if 200cc would get you into a full C cup, unless you are very petite or were really larger before surgery. Nevertheless the photo looks like you are off to a very nice result.

Very few patients complained of being too large after a breast augmentation when final healing is complete. A four weeks there still swelling as well as artificial support of the prosthesis.

At 4 weeks postop you are still healing and there may be some swelling. You should have a more accurate size at 3 months postop once swelling subsides and the implants settle more. 

Generally, 150 to 175cc corresponds to one cup size, so I think it is likely you will end up as a B cup, although that is dependent on the manufacturer. I am optimistic from your pictures that as the implants settle, and the swelling resolves you will wind up with a nice natural result.  200 cc is a very modest size implant.

I really don't evaluate final results for any surgery that I do for a minimum of three months.  With implants, I find that patients generally think that they are too big initially.  After two or three months, they are usually happy with the size.  After six months, a lot of them are back saying that they wished they had gone a little bigger.  You are still in the "thinking-it's-too-big" phase.  I would suggest giving it a few months before you get concerned.  Based on your information, I don't think 200 cc's will ultimately be too big for you.

In your photo it looks like your implants are still riding up probably from muscle contraction. High fullness always seems to make the patient feel they are too big. 200cc is a very modest implant. Once your implants settle you should do well. 

Thank you for your picture.  Your implants will improve with time.  This size decrease with time and not increase with time. 

and should provide you the look you desire.  Yes, you are a little early in the recovery period and you will still have settling, softening, and a more natural look.  If your implants are too high, ask your doctors about maneuvers to help settle them better.  Its very normal to feel you are 'huge' but your photo suggests a very proportionate appearance so give it more time to get used to.  You will not shrink much more but I'm confident you will grow into them as time goes one.  Wishing you the best at achieving what you desired.

Although the implants you chose are relatively modest in size, you indicate you were small chested preop. Therefore, I think you need to give it more time to see the final results. The smaller and tighter your tissue is to start with will equate to a longer time for the muscle to relax and the implant to drop in.  Looking fine for 4 weeks.
