Dr. Pacella is truly an artist. I recently had Moh's surgery to remove a basal cell tumor from the side of my nose. This surgery left a very large and deep hole. Following the Moh's procedure, I went to Dr. Pacella who masterfully repaired the damage. Despite the need to shift tissue from my cheek to fill the hole, I experienced very little swelling or bruising, and no pain. His ability to repair damage in a location with challenging facial contours was nothing short of amazing. In less than 3 weeks, I already felt comfortable going out in public. I am so grateful for Dr. Pacella.

Cannot say enough positive things about Dr Pacella. I am a 46 year old female who has had 2 previous breast surgeries (reduction & revision) and was still left extremely unhappy with my appearance. I am now the happiest and most confident I have ever felt. My breasts are now full, proportional to my body and look like they should have in my 20’s. At 62 and never having any surgery before, I was very anxious when I came to Dr. Pacella with my saggy tired-looking eyes that were way overdue for help. As I was coming out of anesthesia and prone, as people are, to feel emotional and speak candidly and unfiltered, my husband filmed a humorous, albeit deeply sincere clip of me. Post anesthesia can act as a truth serum and I sure had wonderful things to say… Due to two surfing injuries many years ago, my nose began to form visible scarring, coupled with increasingly difficult nasal breathing issues. It got to the point where I couldn’t breathe through my nose without feeling claustrophobic. From my first consultation, his intake staff and medical team made me feel so warm and welcomed.
