Dr. Pacella was my mastectomy reconstruction surgeon. He took me through expander placement, implant exchange and fat graft (with a mini tummy tuck). Before I began the arduous journey Dr. Pacella seemed to sense my trepidation and encouraged me to leave the worrying or middle of the night anxiety to him. He is an excellent surgeon, meticulous in his craft, patient and kinds. And every single one of his nurses (I met about five of them) are incredible!
Dr. Pacella is truly an artist. I recently had Moh's surgery to remove a basal cell tumor from the side of my nose. This surgery left a very large and deep hole. Following the Moh's procedure, I went to Dr. Pacella who masterfully repaired the damage. Despite the need to shift tissue from my cheek to fill the hole, I experienced very little swelling or bruising, and no pain. His ability to repair damage in a location with challenging facial contours was nothing short of amazing.
