I highly recommend Dr. Nitta. I visited her office 3 weeks ago with dark spots on my both of my cheeks (combo hyper pigmentation and post inflammatory). My previous doctor had me spend 80 dollars on nonsense cream that was a complete waste of money.....BUT Dr. Nitta gave me hope when she prescribed for me exactly what I needed to fade the spots. Fast forward to 3 weeks, my spots have faded dramatically! I am so thankful that I found her and definitely recommend her to everyone! She is honest, experienced, and definitely would give her more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Dr. Nitta!
I had a facelift with Dr Nitta 2 months ago. I cannot say enough about Dr Nitta. She is kind patient and really talented. She is an amazing surgeon and I look so much better now. Do not hesitate to go to this Doctor. She beats the Newport competition by along shot and makes you feel like her only patient
In March of 2012 I experienced severe swelling in my right breast, to the point it was twice the size of my left. In addition to that, I had swollen lymph nodes under my right prompting a visit to the doctor!! Dr. Kathy Nitta immediately diagnosed my problem, which was a completely botched implant procedure from a different doctor. As a precaution, she sent the lymph node for a biopsy. I had no cancer, she reconstructed the botched procedure and my breasts are full and natural. Emphasis on natural!!! Don't choose a physician that won't work with your body! I compete in Masters Figure Bodybuilding so perfection was important. Dr. Nitta absolutely nailed it.
I had Dr. Nitta perform a forehead lift on me at 40 so it was natural that I had her do my face lift at 56 because the forehead still looks perfect. She did an amazing job on my face and neck. It's hard to find a surgeon who is good at men's faces and who enjoys the challenge. She does! She's an incredible surgeon in so many ways.
If your breasts are very ptotic (low), then it is best to do the lift and augmentation separately. There is less risk of losing sensation to the nipples, and the worst would be to loose the nipple all together due to poor vascularity. Doing the procedure separately insures that you will get the best results. If you have the procedure done together then you must always be prepared for a possible second surgery. As stated by the other answers, the healing of the breasts is very unpredictable. For me it is a judgment call.If I have a patient that needs a minimal to moderate lift who wants a moderate augmentation and who has good tissue, I will do the procedure together. If I have a patient who is very asymmetric with very low breast I will do the procedure separately. That being said doing the procedure together has increase risks for complications and revision. All my best,Dr. N
I would like to see a full face view. It is difficult from this angle to see the sagging jowls, however considering your age, and the fact that from this photo I can see you do have cheekbones you would benefit from either fat grafting or an injectible like sculptra. When you replace volume in the cheek area you will get a little lift. Once again I would need to see another picture. I hope that helps.
At one month you are still swollen, and they are probably still a little stiff. With each month they should get softer, and begin to settle. Your breast size will not get bigger unless you have an unexpected weight gain. Will they get smaller? Probably but it's difficult to tell just from the picture. You did however get a very nice result considering it is only one month out. But as stated by others you cannot judge a post operative result until at least 4 mos has passed. I am optimistic by the picture that you will get a nice natural result.
