I had booked a consultation with Dr.Ira.Rex in september for a breast augmentation he got me in super quick and was super helpful he helped me decide what i should get done and what looked best I ended up getting saline moderate implants 425cc a year ago November 9 2024 2 months after my consultation in September and everything was perfect. I was super nervous since it was my first time ever getting surgery and all his nurses made sure i was super comfortable, he even came in and marked me up and made sure i was good. I was scared to be put under and honestly didn’t even know when they did it that’s how smooth it went and then all i remember is going to OR and passing out LOL i woke up and was just super hungry and they made sure to give me crackers and a soda. When I got home i felt completely fine maybe because of the medicine but i was up and walking to keep blood flow the next day it was a little rough from me sleeping but after three days i was great i was back outside within that week and back to work 2 weeks after. He also made sure to call and check on me and ask me how i been and the next week after surgery checked me and took off my tapes. it’s a year now of me having them and they are the best investment i ever got done i love them and everyone tells me i have the best boob job they have ever seen !! Had a great experience with Dr. Rex. Had one consultation with him by myself then once I was done "shopping" for .y surgeon and landed on him, had a second consultation with my husband. All went well in surgery and I maintained my aftercare to a tee returning to his office 6 days post op. Everything looks great and although there's some colorful bruising, its all as it should be! Im very happy with my results and with his expertise! Thank you Dr. Rex!!

I had my very first procedure done with Dr. Rex, chin lipo and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. It can be nerve-wracking going into something new like this, but his calm and compassionate demeanor truly made all the difference. The front desk staff were equally wonderful — welcoming, friendly, and professional every step of the way. More recently, Dr. Rex has been helping me with a revision (not his fault it’s my stupid genetics), and I’m honestly blown away by how much care and effort he’s put into finding the best possible solution. He’s consulted with colleagues, thought through every detail, and is doing everything he can to help me get the outcome I’m hoping for. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m so grateful to have found him. Dr. Rex goes above and beyond, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

I had an abdominoplasty (with muscle repair) and mastopexy with Dr Rex 9/2024. I cannot recommend him enough! I met with 5 surgeons in MA, and decided on Dr Rex because of his warm demeanor and years of experience. The cost of the surgery with his office was low/average compared to the other offices I met with. His support staff was great. That makes a big difference because they are always the first point of contact when calling an office. The girls were always friendly and accommodating. During our consultation he pulled out a binder of pictures/results from surgeries he had done, and found women who had very similar preop bodies to mine to show me what I could expect. He was thorough and patient in answering my questions. He was the last surgeon I had consulted with, so I was able to ask him his opinions on what other MDs recommended, and he explained his approach and why he agreed or disagreed with what others suggested. The surgery itself was done at an outpatient surgery center; it was a great experience. The staff there was highly experienced, the procedure was seamless and a much easier than having surgery in a busy hospital. I am 4.5 mo post op now and am very happy with my results. I will wait till my final 6mo post op appt to post pics. He does really great belly buttons, no scar around the edge so its very natural looking. My breast lift came out so well it looks like I had an augmentation, even though I decided to not do implants. His office works with CareCredit which made financing easy. I would love to have a thigh lift and brachioplasty in the next few years, and will absolutely be using him again.

Dr. Rex is a calm, patient, supportive doctor. Before surgery I had an appointment to determine what size implants to go with and when I was feeling anxious I was welcome to come in and have another try with sizes to make aure I was making the right decision. Surgery was unremarkable and I followed all recommendations by the doctor to heal correctly. I am very happy with my results and as a matter of fact I am writing this review in Dr. Rex's office because a friend is here to get the same procedure.

Doctor Rex is phenomenal, Such a good job. Dr Rex made me feel very comfortable. I had my inplants taken out and have never felt better, If anyone is thinking of doing it don't put it off for years like I did. I feel great and look great... Just had my second procedure with Dr Rex. 10 years ago he did my breast implants. I was thin at the time, breast fed and was completely deflated. We did saline, it's 10 years later, just had my first mammogram, nurse said I had the most natural breast implants she had ever seen, and she's seen ALOT! Today I'm 4 months out from my tummy tuck with some lipo on my sides. I am so happy with the results, I feel so much better in my own skin, not to mention, clothes! My primary care could not believe how real my new bellybutton looked and was extremely impressed. I'm proud to show my "before" pictures now that I have a great "after". I hid my stomach for many years and now do a double take when I get out of the shower, can't believe its me. I can ride a bike now, wear panties without the feeling of my gut rolling over them, and feel like my old self with my husband again. I can't say enough good things about the changes both mentally and physically. Dr. Rex was always available and even checked up on me at home. The girls in the office are great and if they can't answer your questions they get the answer for you ASAP. From the price to end result, can't be more happy! Thank you Dr. Rex!

The earlobe repair was for my 11 year old daughter. everyone at the office was super friendly and made my daughter feel great. Dr. Rex was amazing and you can’t even tell my daughter even had the surgery at all!
