I offer various breast enhancement procedures to help patients at my Fall River practice achieve their body goals with beautiful, natural-looking results. Patients who get breast surgery often report feeling happier with their appearance and having higher levels of confidence. Breast augmentation is one of the most popular breast procedures for patients who are looking to enhance the size and shape of their breasts. It can also help balance asymmetrical breasts. Breast augmentation usually involves a saline or silicone gel implant being placed beneath the breast tissue or chest wall muscle.
Those who want to correct sagging breasts usually opt for a breast lift (mastopexy), with or without augmentation. I also offer breast implant revision surgery for patients who have had an undesirable result with another surgeon, as well as breast implant removal (explant).

Abdominoplasty

A balanced diet and exercise routine can go a long way towards contouring your body, but sometimes they’re not quite enough to meet your goals—especially if you have loose skin. This is when a body sculpting cosmetic surgery like a tummy tuck (or abdominoplasty) can be especially effective. At my Fall River practice, I frequently perform this procedure, to help my patients achieve their dream body.
The tummy tuck is a great option for patients who have excess skin following weight loss or abdominal muscles that have been stretched by pregnancy.
During a tummy tuck, a horizontal incision is made right above the pubic area. Excess skin is removed, while the abdominal muscle tissues are tightened. The remaining skin is pulled taut resulting in a tight, toned, and contoured stomach and waistline.

Just had my second procedure with Dr Rex. 10 years ago he did my breast implants. I was thin at the time, breast fed and was completely deflated.
