Yes it was worth it, I'm 64 and I feel 40, I hated my turkey neck - I went in for the consultation thinking It was not going to be affordable and then I found it was. Sure there was about 3 days downtime that I didn't go out in public because bruising had occurred, but it faded pretty fast and there is good makeup out there.
