Paul Lanfranchi, DO, FAOCOO

Dr Lanfranchi preformed two procedures for me- a lower face and neck lift in 2021and an upper eye lid lift in 2024. His work is excellent and I'm very happy with my natural looking results. The office staff was wonderful. I also loved that when I initially called for information on pricing, they gave it to me right over the phone.

I had a “deep plane” face and neck lift and chin implant. Dr. Lanfranchi only uses one brand of implants and the one he chose for my face is too wide.

I thought it was swelling at first and gave it a full year before other plastic surgeons told me that the device he picked was much too wide. Dr. Lanfranchi’s solution was to offer to remove it for $5000.

The neck lift didn’t have any result at all. The platysma bands are exactly the same.

The facelift portion was a slight improvement, but at the SMAS level and not the deep tissue so my nasolabial folds are exactly the same. I followed up regularly and waited a significant amount of time to see the final result before making a judgement.

For the prices he charges, the results are underwhelming. He also doesn’t use surgery centers so everything is done under local anesthesia, but the pricing doesn’t reflect the lack of accommodations.

For the last 2 years I have wanted a face lift but did not know who to go to. When a friend, Nurse Practitioner suggested Dr. Lanfranchi and after some research I had a video consultation, since I do not live in Las Vegas any longer. I immediately felt comfortable with office staff and Dr. Lanfranchi spent the time with me to make me feel comfortable. I love the fact that all he does is face and not any other part of the body. Two months after surgery I am so very pleased with all 4 procedures I had in August. I look and feel 10 years younger. Chin augmentation never entered my mind until it was suggested in our consultation and it was one of the best things I have ever done. I now have a profile that I actually love. I would recommend Dr. Lanfranchi in a second. He is a master at what he does.

My husband and I both love Dr. Lanfranchie. He really is an expert in his field. He took so much time with me answering all of my questions and explained in detail each procedure I was considering. I love the fact that the procedures were done under a local and healing time was minimal. I really do look 10 years younger! I also look natural. That was always a fear that I had. My husband keeps telling me how good I look! I had a neck lift, lower face lift, upper blepharoplasty, and under eye laser. I didn’t realize how much better I looked until I saw the after pictures. Wow! So happy I did everything. Plastic surgery is costly, but for all the procedures I had done, I feel the cost was so reasonable. I wanted to hug Dr. Lanfranchie, but thought a handshake was more appropriate. All of his staff are wonderful! They are so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything about Dr. Lanfranchie and his office are superb in my opinion.

Very happy with the results. Had a lower facelift, laser under the eyes, upper eyelid surgery, and chin implant. I did not find that the laser did anything but the rest was perfect. Had it done two years ago and don’t regret spending all that money. Go for it, I was sooo hesitant and I still can’t believe that I did it but it was so worth it.

I lost a lot of weight and the sagging neck skin was all I could ever see when I looked into the mirror. I hated feeling so insecure and even though I know people weren't looking at it, I always did. I started doing some consultations and immediately feel in love with Dr Lanfranchi's office staff and his professionalism and care. Ok, so here's the good and bad. I loved that I did not need to go under general anesthesia because he does some sedatives and numbing agents instead, so much safer. I still have a bit of numbing around one of my ears and some light bruising at 6 months post opp. I have light, sensitive skin so I expected to need a while to fully heal. I hated having to wrap my neck in a sling elastic for a month. I did not think it would be so hard but it was a full time job keeping that comfortable for 4 weeks. The procedure itself was not painful. I love my natural results and get carded at every drink order. I would do this again in a heartbeat and can't say enough kind words about Dr. Lanfranchi and his staff. He took care of me every step of the way and did a great job of preparing me for what to expect, and support me in my healing. 10 out of 10 experiences.

Dr. Lanfranchi takes excellence to the next level. His incredible skills and expertise as a facial expert are very evident in the amazing results that he produces for his patients. Dr. Lanfranchi is the ONLY doctor I trust to perform my annual facial laser procedure because he delivers perfection over and over again. His entire Staff is kind, caring, supportive and extremely competent and they make every procedure flow easily with maximum comfort to the patient. Dr. Lanfranchi's skills are truly beyond excellent!! As a repeat patient for the past six years, he has earned my deepest trust, gratitude and loyalty.

I cannot say enough good things about this Doctor. I was very impressed with the whole process. I was unhappy with the jowls and turkey neck I had developed since I turned 60. As a man, I was hesitant to visit a plastic surgeon. However, I felt immediately at ease after visiting the office. Everyone at this office is supportive and professional. I am almost 3 months out and I look and feel 10 years younger. Thank you for giving me my confidence back.

Dr Lanfranchi was the 3rd doctor I consulted. The first doctor was part of an ophthalmology clinic. She only did blepharoplasty, but i wanted an evaluation to include a brow lift. The 2nd doctor suggested a forehead lift. I felt a FL was pretty extreme, as my forehead was fairly unlined, not to mention the recovery. I looked into options and decided FL wasn't right for me. Dr Lanfranchi never suggested the FL. After explaining the lateral brow lift I looked it up while still in his office. Via his explanation and what I read I knew it was right for me, along with the blepharoplasty. The recovery was so quick! I look years younger. My peripheral vision has improved tremendously and I can see better driving at night.

I had a lower facelift and neck lift a month ago. From beginning to end everyone at the Lanfranchi Center have been amazing. They are all kind, professional and caring. James, Deverick and AJ did a fantastic job, I love those guys. Dr Lanfranchi himself is so talented and my results are unbelievable! I would 100% recommend Dr Lanfranchi to everyone.
