I also have uneven waves and ripples, which dont bother me as much as the scar.
also the cordlike scar is within the abdomen- not on top of the skin. It is a fibroid type of feel, hard and thick and it is uncomfortable at times.
A: Difficult to opinionAfter looking at your picture, it is obvious to me, you were not a good candidate for smartlipo, you have stretch marks and loose skin. The best option for you is an abdominoplasty. The hard mass on your abdomen can be inflammation from excess energy, fat necrosis, hematoma or seroma, almost all of these will resolve with time, if less than 6 month, do not get injected with steroid, if you do you may get additional fat necrosis and irregularitie of the abdomen. You need to be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon, again most likely you will need a abdominolplasty.
Is It a Good Idea to Get Lipo Before Marriage and Having Children?
I am 23 years old, I have never been married nor I have children. Do you recomend having a liposuction before marriage and having children. Will in the future affect me having children?
A: when ever you are readyIf you are a candidate, Liposuction can be done any time, the most important factor is you being ready for it.
Abdominoplasty on the other hand should be done only after you have finished with pregnancies.
Do You Recommend a Lift Or Can I Do With Only Implants? (photo)
Full C want DD - would I need a lift too or would the implant correct the sagging? I also want them closer together, as of now my nipples kind of look AROUND you, hah.
A: Breast liftIn my opinion what you "need" depends a lot on what you "want". I have had patients with a similar appearance to you have a satisfactory result with just augmentation. Some patients who desire more change with the nipple position require a lift. Sometimes I think it is OK to settle for a little less perkiness to avoid the scaring that comes with a lift. Even though I do most of my augmentation and breast lifts all at one surgery in you in might be advisable to just do the augmentation, see how you like it, then commit to a lift once you know it is absolutely necessary to make you happy.
