can a butt augmentation be combined with buttock implants? i have been considering a butt augmentation for the second time but sense i do work out i am scared for it not to last very long i thought about getting liposculpture and asking the doctor to shape my hips with that and get butt implants as well. is that possible?
Hi there-
Both implants and fat grafting, in the Brazilian Butt Lift technique, are buttock augmentation methods.
If you are hoping to achieve buttock fulness through the use of implants, with fat grafting for maximization of shape and symmetry, I do think this would be possible.
i work out almost every day i lift weights and my butt is still very flat and i have no hips i am very thin and i dont really want butt implants would like fat transfer but im scared i will pay alot of money and i will loose all the fat again.
Hi there-
In my opinion, all other things being equal, augmentation of the buttocks using the patient's fat is far superior to implants.
As long as technique is meticulous and the surgeon experienced, fat transfer (Brazilian Butt Lifting) provides a long term augmentation, with the look and feel of natural buttocks, without the concerns and risks of implants.
It is very important that you find a surgeon very experienced in this technique.
