But to answer your question, I would certainly not think this is related to your nasal surgery unless they made an incision on the outside (ie an open rhinoplasty approach). During the vast majority of these cases, they are far away from the tip of the nose and would not cause these problems. +3 answersIf you have a deviated septum then a septoplasty is necessary. When the septum is re-aligned into the midline it may encroach on the turbinates, which may have changed position or become fuller because of the breathing.
