Dr. Garcia gave me my facial feminization surgery and she did an amazing job! She is incredibly friendly and personable but remains professional and incredibly knowledgeable about her field! I can't sing my praises for Dr Garcia long enuff or loud enough. Informative, Attentive, Assuring, Enthusiastic, Caring, Helpful, and Artistically Talented. A joy to engage with and a pleasure to do business with. Isn't that what anyone would hope for and need from their surgeon?
Dr. Garcia-Rodriguez is a great surgeon and human being! She listens with intention and provides options that lead to results that are realistic that aim to meet both patient and surgeon expectations.

She has a eye and a touch only a saint could grant. Looking forward to finishing my journey with her hands only. Sarah
When we arrived. we were called back within 5 min even when we arrived a little early. On my first visit she explained what she was going to be doing and told us we would need to have 6-8 visits. She could tell I was nervous so she said she would do a zap on a few hair on my chin. I was jumpy she took her time with me. She put some cold cream on my nose. She was patient with me. She made sure I wasn't.hurting. As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.
Hi there! You may have a residual caudal septal deviation which is why the nostril cartilage (medial crural footplate) is pushed more into the nostril creating a "smaller" nostril. You may have lost some projection or the caudal septal extension graft may have shifted leading to a "short nose."
Hi there! Nose collapsing following rhinoplasty is typically due to lack of supportive nasal cartilage. Lack of cartilage may be due the request of narrowing the nasal tip, fracturing the nose to narrow at the nasal bones. This can also happen following dorsal hump reduction. There has to be a balance in the external aesthetic and creation of a smaller nose and breathing.
HI Billiebob, yes any patient with more severe medical illness should have surgery at a hospital based setting to ensure that overnight monitoring is available if needed. You would have to ask your plastic surgeon about privileges. Most of us will have privileges at hospital based settings for patients like yourself. Good luck.
HI there, yes a rhinoplasty can be tailored to your needs. I often have patients who request to leave their dorsal hump and elect to have a tip rhinoplasty. We can leave the hump alone. The price depends of geographic location and amount of work needed to be done.
Hi there, a rhinoplasty would help you with the longer nose and nasal ptosis with smiling. The length of the nose can be altered surgically to an extent. As far as the dropping nose with smiling a rhinoplasty can also help you out.
