In 2016, I had a rhinoplasty that left me with some internal challenges with breathing and a constant drip, as well as a very disappointing aesthetic as far as the shape of my nose and how it looked on my face.

In 2023, I began researching and meeting with plastic surgeons who specialized in rhinoplasty revisions. The first two surgeons underwhelmed me as they were not listening to my concerns and moreover, their proposed solutions were not acceptable to me. I met with Dr. Sedgh in November 2023 for my initial consult. He is double-board certified and only performs surgeries from the neck up which led me to understand the importance of this in making my decision. He also has great reviews everywhere I researched, and of course looking at his gallery of photos I knew I wanted to meet him, so I schedule my consultation.

Firstly, when you first walk into his office, you can expect his staff to be incredibly professional, personable, and kind and their follow up is impeccable. My initial meeting with Dr. Sedgh exceeded my expectations. He has great energy and personality and makes you feel comfortable immediately. He listened to my concerns, took some photos of my nose, used a software to collaborate and design with me what the potential outcome of what my nose would look like, and I could see it ahead of my surgery. He also did a very thorough physical exam of my nose and provided information on its infrastructure that no one else had. It was clear, Dr. Sedgh would be my plastic surgeon, and I booked my surgery date that day without any concerns or hesitation.

I had my revision surgery in December 2023, and it is one year later. The overall results, the look of my nose and my facial symmetry are beyond what I could have hoped for. Dr. Sedgh gave me the best version of my nose for sure. In addition, the issues internal to my nose are 100% better post op.

Great Results. Thanks Dr. Sedgh for the excellent rhinoplasty. The whole process went really amooth from the procedure to healing and so on. Follow up appointments were quick. The cost of the procedure was about average for the area in which it was done.

Working with Dr. Sedgh and Co. has been phenomenal and so have the results of my primary rhinoplasty.

My primary goal was to reduce my sizable convex nose while still maintaining a "natural" appearance as a male that fits my own features which was achieved. Another achievement was the correction of a moderate deviated septum that has noticeably improved my breathing.

The procedure itself was not painful, I remember blinking and time-traveling into another room with the nurse telling me the procedure was over. Healing was also not painful, just uncomfortable due to the stints in my nose (Think stuffy nose/Itch you can't scratch/Tight Sweater). Personally, Pedialyte and Soylent were lifesavers during the recovery process.

I also find it important to note for patients that we are just as integral to the outcomes of procedures (whether cosmetic or not) and are a part of the team. By being well informed, asking questions, and following all directions we can increase our chances of a better procedural outcome.

I got my filler dissolved last Fall (by another doctor) & my face didn't look its best for a while after that, until I found Dr. Sedgh. He did jawline filler, fixed my under eye filler, & a little marionette line filler. The people he works with in his office are very welcoming & great to work with too! He knows what he's doing with filler & how to place it. We used a few different types of filler-I like that he knows the differences of which product goes best, where. He does a great job & rly cares!
